"First off, the hotel room was incredibly clean and tidy, and the in-room amenities were excellent. There was 24-hour continuous oxygen supply and a permanent humidifier – not one of those small, flimsy ones, but a large, clean, fixed unit. Now for the main point: a huge, huge thank you to our butler, Tashi. We arrived at the hotel quite late, and he pre-registered our license plate number, which significantly sped up our check-in process. He also continuously asked if we needed anything and reminded us to be safe on the road. Knowing we were heading to Hoh Xil the next day, Tashi specifically prepared a thermos of hot water for us, which proved incredibly useful during our trip. Our car had a flat tire in Hoh Xil that day, and that hot water was genuinely a lifesaver. The next day, we sent our chartered driver to the hotel to pick up some things for us, and Tashi specially prepared a lot of bottled water and oxygen tanks. He also continued to check in on our well-being and express his concern. Furthermore, when Tashi learned we were Hui Muslims upon check-in, he thoughtfully arranged for halal meals for us. There are so many other details I can't even list them all, and I don't know how to express enough gratitude.
