The bathroom floor was filthy; the hygiene was extremely poor. Even the sheets had black specks that could be easily wiped off. You could use a lint roller to remove the lint when you make the sheets; at least that would remove the dust and black specks. Didn't the staff notice when they cleaned? There were black specks on the toilet that we had to clean ourselves. The room's soundproofing was extremely poor; we could hear the child crying in the middle of the night, and in the morning, the child was running around outside the door, and people were talking loudly – we could hear them clearly. It's normal for hotels to be more expensive during holidays, but the service and hygiene were not worth it at all. I came here for a happy trip, but I encountered this hotel. This is my first negative review."
