"The stay was pleasant for my family of 4 , 2 adults & 2 teenagers. We had booked a junior suites with sofa bed. The bathroom comes with a bathtub & standing shower. We stayed at the apartment 5 minutes walk the main reception. They provide great concierge service to bring out luggages to the hotel. The breakfast was super delicious with the amazing lake view."

"O hotel tem uma excelente localização, perto do cais, o que é muito conveniente. O hotel tem restaurante próprio (também aberto no Natal), e a truta é saborosa. A equipe fala inglês e tem uma atitude correta. A desvantagem é que o quarto é mais caro e o isolamento acústico não é muito bom."

"The location is on a hillside, and there is construction going on right in front of the room that blocks the view. There was a lot of dust and cobwebs in the room, which made me sneeze a lot. The front desk staff did not tell me how to return the room key when checking out. I pressed the doorbell many times at the front desk and there was no response. The whole experience was very poor."

"Stuff are extremly unpleasant toward tourists that just want to sit and order some food to the point that they openly refused to answer our question "Can we order a pizza?". We got one rude "No" even do there were clear table with daily menu including pizza! Would strongly advice for you to pass this place. Awfull experience"

"Nós alugamos este apartamento especificamente para a vista do mar e ser capaz de usar o balcão com vista para o mar. O balcão está fechado e todas as janelas têm grandes adesivos.O apartamento está fechado com um aperto de cabelo e rede azul, com caminhadas fora de todas as janelas utilizadas por trabalhadores a partir das 8h00 Da manhã.O espaço de estacionamento é fornecido o apartamento foi usado pelos construtores e todo o local é apenas um local de construção.Escrevimos uma revisão genuína e eles não incluíram a revisão escrita apenas que lhes damos uma estrela."
