"I am writing this review in the hope that the hotel actually bothers to read and respond to it, as they are not responsive to other mediums. I was booked and paid for my stay at the hotel in April. However due to the situation in israel our flights were cancelled. I messaged the hotel to advise them of this and to request credit if possible for the missed stay. TO date no response- very poor service. Take your money and not care."

"Se não fosse pelo hotel de Banksy, nunca teria ficado em Betlehem, teria sido apenas um passeio de dia. Eu tinha reservado uma noite originalmente, mas decidimos duas noites e estou tão feliz que ficámos um pouco mais tempo e tivemos que ver o verdadeiro Betlehem. Assim que chegámos, visitei o museu no hotel. Eu saí chorando, meu coração está doendo para a Palestina desde então. Já aprendemos tanto. Eu incentivo você a ler tudo lá e ver os vídeos até o fim. Que experiência incrivelmente emocional, você tem que visitar este hotel, mesmo que seja apenas para o museu.Cada quarto tem um decor muito único, nós tivemos sorte para experimentar uma sala diferente para cada noite. Ao longo de todos os dias, os palestinianos foram atravessados por esta feia parede de vergonha, excepto se pudéssemos deixar livremente.Imaginemos que se encontrava em sua própria terra. Os locais eram alguns dos mais gentis que já conhecemos, nos mostramos, alimentamos um pouco de comida incrível, tratamos como família. Muito obrigado a Ricardo, que nos ajudou muito emprestando-nos um carregador de telefone quando não tínhamos um (desculpa, esqueci-me, vou devolvê-lo!). Também reservamos um taxista através do hotel para nos levar a um passeio, Alaa - o melhor taxista de Betlemme!!Obrigado por nos mostrar a verdadeira Palestina e abrir OS olhos.Este é um homem bom e confiável.
