"This hotel is a lifesaver for business trips to Jiangmen! It's located right in the heart of the Wanda commercial district, close to Baishuidai and Thirty-Three Market Street. There's even a chill spot across the road, perfect for grabbing a bubble tea on a cool evening. Basically, everything you need for dining, entertainment, and fun is right at your doorstep. The rooms are well-equipped, with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, and there's a self-service laundry. The rooms are quiet and soundproof, making it easy to work and relax. The front desk service is super responsive, and it offers great value for money. Definitely my top choice for accommodation when I'm in Jiangmen for business. I'll be booking again next time!"

"Desta vez, minha filha reservou com muita atenção o Hotel Jiangmen Hetang Longhu Atour para mim e meu marido. Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa viajando com eles! O ambiente do hotel era elegante, limpo, silencioso e confortável, especialmente adequado para idosos. Os funcionários da recepção foram atenciosos e simpáticos, e o processo de check-in foi eficiente e cuidadoso. O quarto estava impecável, espaçoso e iluminado. O colchão Atour Plant Zero Pressure tinha a firmeza ideal, e os travesseiros profundos garantiram uma ótima noite de sono. O banheiro tinha chuveiro e vaso sanitário separados, e água quente em abundância, tornando nossa estadia muito confortável. O estacionamento era gratuito e conveniente. O hotel está localizado no coração de Hetang, perto do Lago Longhu e do Rio Xijiang, com fácil acesso a restaurantes e trilhas para caminhadas. Há também um bar com livros, lavanderia e academia nas proximidades – detalhes realmente atenciosos. No geral, uma experiência perfeita! "Let’s talk about the good things first: the rooms are large, the facilities are new, parking is convenient, and it’s only a 10-minute drive from Chaotou Park. You can choose one Western/Chinese breakfast and delivered directly to your room. Dissatisfaction: To be honest, this design of the room is not suitable for two people. There is no place to hang clothes in the shower room. It needs to be placed at the door of the shower room. It is very awkward for two people to stay. To adjust the air conditioner, you must give voice commands to "Xiaodu" and lower the volume when giving commands in the middle of the night. It feels weird when you think about it. For roommates who have a habit of waking up at night, the sounds in the bathroom are even more miserable."

Hence it’s cigar smell. Apart from this , the drainage is very bad. We have complained from time to time before. And this hotel looks very nice but indeed when you use it , it’s not that user friendly. I would like to say to the owner , don’t only focus on the outlook. Inside is very important"
