The room had six bottles of water, which was great. The hotel is centrally located, just a few minutes by bike or electric scooter to all the attractions, and there are plenty of food options nearby. The beds weren't too soft, so we slept very comfortably. I also liked the motion-sensor light in the bathroom at night."

"I've never given a hotel a bad review before, but this hotel was absolutely unbearable and truly opened my eyes. First of all, the Jinan Station branch is 2 kilometers away from Jinan Railway Station, which is impossible to walk there. I stayed here for two nights. The first night was fine. When I came back the next day, I found that the room had been cleaned, but it looked like the one in the picture. The trash hadn't been taken out, and the towels hadn't been changed, but I could still tolerate that. After cleaning up, I was very tired and ready to rest, but I discovered that my earplugs, which I had put on the bedside table, were missing. I need to wear earplugs to sleep, otherwise I can't sleep well. I searched for a long time but couldn't find them, so I thought I'd just go to sleep and ask about it tomorrow. What happened in the middle of the night was even more unbelievable. Around 3 a.m., I was woken up by a loud noise. It was noisy outside, and there was absolutely no soundproofing. Without earplugs, I was easily woken up by this kind of noise. By 4 a.m., I couldn't stand it anymore. I went to the hallway and found a man and a woman in the next room doing something I didn't know. Why were they making such a racket in the middle of the night? Couldn't they be quieter? I banged on the door, telling them to be quiet, but they started making noise again less than ten minutes later. I couldn't take it anymore and went to the front desk. I asked if they had any earplugs, and they said no. If they didn't have any, what was the point of keeping me out of the room? Now the noise from the next room is unbearable, how am I supposed to sleep? They moved me to another room. It was already past 4 AM, and I had to get up early the next day to catch my train, so I only took my phone and went to the new room to sleep, leaving my luggage in the original room. Just as I lay down, the front desk knocked on the door. He was incredibly unreasonable, asking why I was occupying two rooms. I… was speechless. Did they expect me to pack up my things in the middle of the night and vacate the room so they could still accommodate guests? When I checked out, I asked why they had lost a guest's belongings. He said the cleaning staff might have thought it was trash. Does a box containing something look more like trash than a MP3 player? That's outrageous! He said he'd ask the cleaning staff, but a day has passed and he still hasn't given me an answer. Now I don't have earplugs, and I'm still away for seven or eight days before I can go home. I won't be able to sleep well every night. I demand compensation from the hotel for my emotional distress and lost property, and a sincere apology. Otherwise, we'll see each other on 12315 (the consumer rights hotline), and I mean it! I've never seen such an outrageous hotel before!"
