Sitting by the river, watching its gently flowing waters while sipping a cup of high-grown Sri Lankan tea, was a particularly memorable experience. The hospitality was exceptional. Januth was attentive, courteous and went out of his way to ensure that all our needs were met. Lahiru, the Housekeeping Supervisor, was equally impressive. His pleasant manner, attentiveness and commitment to excellent service make him a valuable asset to the hotel. We would gladly return to this beautiful property, not only for its wonderful riverside setting but also for the warm and generous hospitality shown to us by Januth and Lahiru."

"O hotel está convenientemente localizado à beira do lago, a cerca de 15 minutos a pé do centro da cidade e do teatro. "It is a beautiful hotel with a beautiful view. However, walls are thin and you can heard a lot of noise. It is not easy to get there because it is located almost in the top of the mountain. Another good thing is that the restaurant closes at 10pm and food is good and cheap. We didn’t find the swimming pool since we stayed just one night. It was a nice stay by the way and breakfast was good. PD: We booked double room that it is supposed to have a king/queen bed but it was two individual beds put together."
