"The room was okay, but it had some downsides. The hotel lobby isn't visible from the outside, which made it hard to find. When I tried to order items to my room, only tissues were available – nothing else. I added the hotel on WeChat and messaged them for items, but got no reply and nothing was delivered. The shower gel was empty when I checked in, and despite messaging them, it wasn't refilled, nor did the cleaning staff replenish it. Also, if you like fresh air, you're out of luck here. As soon as you open the window, the traffic noise from the road outside is incredibly loud. While it's quiet with the window closed, it gets very stuffy. The air conditioning was completely useless; even on the lowest temperature and highest fan speed, it was still unbearably hot. The weather outside was already warm, and with the AC not working, I was sweating all night. Kashgar is a lot of fun, but the hotel wasn't great. Its only advantage is being quite close to the Old City, just a bridge away."

The environment and cleanliness are consistently kept to a high standard. Every time I check in, the room is spotless, with attention to detail – even dust in crevices is cleaned. The bedding is soft and tidy, and the bathroom is free of dampness or strange odors. The soundproofing has been upgraded and is well-maintained, blocking out outside noise for a peaceful night's sleep. The internet is always stable, perfect for both business and leisure. The front desk service is consistently warm and friendly; even after getting to know them, they remain patient, helping with luggage storage and recommending newly opened specialty restaurants, which are lovely, thoughtful touches. Breakfast items are continuously updated, with more Xinjiang specialty snacks added, and everything tastes fresh and delicious. The hotel's common areas are disinfected daily, the hallways are clean and odorless, and security is well-handled. While hotel prices around here are increasing year by year, this one is reasonably priced without any drop in service quality. Such consistent service and a clean environment are hard to find. I've already recommended this hotel to friends and family visiting Kashgar, and they all prioritize booking here."
