"衞生：房間非常乾淨，沒有異味
設施：都挺新的，比較智能，就是房間好像不太隔音
環境：大廳挺大的，有休閑吧，洗衣房健身房也都有
服務：最差的一個環節，前台最起碼給卡的時候雙手遞一下，面帶點微笑吧，那臉拉的，單手給過來房卡看起來確實也不太舒服，晚上一點多的時候突然有人來敲門，敲了幾聲也不説話，準備給前台打電話了，門口的人讓聲音小點，當時房間的電視音量大概在25-30之間，自己在房間聽就是正常音量，沒想到隔音不太好，如果隔壁房間給前台反應我這間房聲音大了，那大晚上的打個電話提醒一下我就可以了啊，直接讓保安來敲門多嚇人，一點意識都沒有；客房工作人員都很熱情，續住打掃標準非常高，打掃完衞生在門口表示房間已經打掃完畢，非常點贊！"

"A experiência é realmente boa. As opções de pequeno-almoço e a sala de hotel são bonitas e decentes, a localização é ótima. O pessoal do hotel é realmente bonita. Eles me ajudaram a recolher um item perdido no hotel quando saí.
A única coisa que pode ser melhorada é o número de elevadores, dois são um pouco demasiado reduzidos para a procura de horas de descanso para o pequeno-almoço."

"We stayed at Korla Marriott for seeing the populus tree. Marriott made our trip and stay so convenient and easy. As we entered the front door to the hotel, we really liked the soft ambient music and the fragrance. We want to highly commend the exceptional service of Kyle at the front desk, he helped us with making our stay wonderful!
The breakfast is a must. We ordered the breakfast buffet for both days, and it was delicious - fresh fruit , yoghurts , salads , meats. It’s full of Korla flavours! Theres a great view to the courtyard from the dining hall.
We liked the small touches of detail in our room, a stoneware vase, some paintings and clean bedding and bathroom.
All in all an outstanding hotel, with friendly staff , new facilities and great food."

"辦入住沒有告知沒有早餐，第二天早上去，衹有牛肉麪，衹有牛肉麪，連個小菜雞蛋都沒有，而且都不是現拉的麪，是從塑料袋裡拿出來的機器麪。排隊排了十幾個人等麪，連等的心情都沒有了。
專門與前台確定第三天有沒有早餐，答覆是第三天一切正常，會有早餐，結果第三天連牛肉麪都沒有，餐廳都沒開門，哈哈。
專門定了帶早餐的房間，結果沒吃上一頓，前台衹有一句臨時通知的。體驗感有點差。"
