"My experience at Hyatt Regency Kunming this time was absolutely five-star plus! I especially want to thank Bianca. She proactively contacted me even before check-in to confirm my itinerary and needs. She stayed in touch throughout my stay, and no matter what questions I had or what I thought of last minute, her response time was incredibly fast. More importantly, she personally followed up on every single request; it wasn't just a simple "Okay," but she truly made sure everything was handled before feeling at ease. She also proactively arranged the welcome fruit, snacks, and turn-down service beforehand. I barely had to worry about a thing during my entire stay. Nowadays, many hotels have great hardware, but it's rare to find such detailed and warm service. I also really loved the hotel itself. The overall design is very tasteful, and both the public areas and guest rooms are beautiful. I took so many photos this time; every corner was picture-perfect. I've always had high expectations for Hyatt's service standards, but Bianca's performance still exceeded them. I'd even say her service surpassed my expectations for the Hyatt brand itself. She made me realize that what truly makes a hotel memorable for guests isn't just beautiful spaces and excellent facilities, but rather having someone who genuinely cares about your every need. This stay left a very deep impression on me about Hyatt Regency Kunming, and I hope the hotel will recognize Bianca appropriately. Such service is truly rare and is the most important reason why I would choose Hyatt Regency Kunming again."

Kunming Kasion Hotel

"The design is very photogenic, great for social media. They have a lot of high-quality waterjet marble inlays, which looks really upscale. We even got a free room upgrade! Our room overlooked a lively square with singing and dancing, but the soundproof windows were excellent. I highly recommend their ginger shampoo, it's fantastic. Breakfast in that European-style setting was truly a delightful experience."

DoubleTree by Hilton Kunming Airport

"Hands down the best hotel in the Kunming KMG airport area. You must stay here! I am a huge fan! I live in China and travel through KMG airport often for layovers and have stayed at the Ji Hotel right inside the airport. That hotel is okay (and has the location advantage of being right inside the terminal) but feels very stuffy and many of the rooms have no windows. In many ways that hotel isa broom closet compared tithe DoubleTree 🌳 🌳. The DoubleTree by Hilton blows that Ji Hotel (and most others in the KMG area) out of the water💦! For an extra 10 minute private van ride, the upgrade in conditions is significant and well worthwhile. The lobby is beautiful and the breakfast is a true 5 star masterpiece that has LOTS of options for both western and Chinese tourists, including made to order egg station, made to order noodle station, and an incredible fresh salad 🥗 bar with high quality ingredients (very hard to find in China 😜). The service staff is top notch with great English at check in and very helpful all the way through. The hotel is brand new and everything is sparkling clean. The elevator is very fast and modern and the furnishings are all tasteful and elegant! There are so many free extras that make this an incredible value: -Free Private shuttle in brand new Buick 🚐 van -Free hand baked chocolate chip cookie on check in -2 free bowls of local Yunnan noodles delivered to your room for you -Free Puer tea tasting"

"1, a cama é básica, limpa e confortável, MAS o sofá TEM muitas peças que não acho que possam ser limpos devido à natureza do tecido 2, quarto com ar condicionado aquecedor/refrigerador 3 quarto é grande o suficiente para acomodar 5 pessoas e ainda não congestionado 4, Hotel está localizado no edifício marrom com a palavra 3 escrito ( um bloco perto do hotel Ramada Encore, que é o hotel que você precisa procurar no mapa).A Entrada está perto de UMA farmácia chinesa. Não há sinal de nome de hotel até que entre no edifício perto do elevador, com lista de aluguer no edifício).O hotel está localizado no piso 31, o piso mais alto. 5, no geral, ainda é recomendado."

"The location is excellent, just a ten-minute walk to Kunming Station, making it perfect for those on a layover. Nearby, you can find Xunjin Street for some great photo opportunities. For dining, it's best to order takeout. They offer complimentary fruit upon check-in and a rose shortbread upon check-out, making it great value for money."
