When the bill arrived, they'd charged us for 24 bottles – an overcharge of 20! Fortunately, I wasn't too intoxicated and caught the mistake on the bill. They just casually processed a refund, re-charged us, and thought a simple 'sorry' would suffice to fix such a blunder? Are all their problems conveniently blamed on temporary staff? The most outrageous part was the dining manager. He actually said that their hotel was just a 'typical Kucha hotel.' Was he trying to imply that this substandard level of service is acceptable for them? Or was he suggesting that Ctrip's recommendations are simply terrible?"

I only noticed the missing room number when I arrived at the floor. It was the 15th floor! The elevator was incredibly slow. I called the front desk, and it took ages to get the room number. 2. At 11:30 PM, they inexplicably delivered clothes hangers. I knocked on the door repeatedly, only to find out they'd delivered to the wrong room. Frustrating! My child and I were asleep. 3. Ten minutes later, they knocked again. This time, it was water (I'd ordered it from the front desk two hours earlier, but it never came, only arriving in the middle of the night. Couldn't they have delivered the clothes hangers too?). Frustrated and wanting to complain... 4. I contacted customer service, and they said the hotel would contact me at 9 AM the next day.
