After checking, we found out the room was moldy! It's unbelievable for a hotel costing over 2000. The facilities are mediocre, breakfast is crowded, and the greenery certainly doesn't match a 2000+ price tag! I couldn't even find a good spot to take pictures at this hotel. You really should trust the negative reviews online. Plus, in another room, two bugs bit my elderly parents, and they only told me after they got home!"

As for Clearwater Bay beach, the sand was fine and soft, and the sea was crystal clear and refreshing. The biggest highlight of this trip was our dedicated butler, Summer – she deserves special praise! Professional yet warm, her service was incredibly meticulous. She truly anticipated our every need, even those small details we hadn't considered, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged. Her attentive care was just right, always available without being intrusive, warm yet discreet. The hardware is impeccable, and the service truly touched our hearts. It was a memorable stay that I'll cherish. Indigo is definitely my top choice for accommodation in Clearwater Bay. Next time I visit, I'll choose Indigo again, and I look forward to meeting Butler Summer again! ^_^"

After I woke up and left, my skin started to inflame. The bugs aren't the hotel's fault, but they should still address it, especially since many guests are families. Luckily, my child wasn't bitten. "The hotel's location is excellent, and the room type is beautiful, exactly like the boathouse style shown in the pictures. The sea view at sunset is stunning, and you can even go clamming right there at night. It's also not far from the beach, about a five-minute walk, and there are plenty of dining options within walking distance. If you want more variety, a shopping mall is just a ten-minute taxi ride away. The staff at the guesthouse were very polite and attentive. My only suggestion would be to not replace the disposable amenities daily; it would be more environmentally friendly."

"A nice hotel. Location is good, just about 5mins walk to the most popular night market in Lingshui and the beach is right across the main door. Unfortunately the surrounding roads going into the hotel are currently under upgrading works (we were told it will be completed in Aug/Sep), thus it's a bit messy with debris around although still accessible, otherwise this hotel will be perfect. Room is big, everything works well and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. If I may give a suggestion, please keep the infinity pool at 6th floor clean at all times. There's dirt in the pool when I was there, so I didn't dip myself into the pool. It's such a waste when you have a pool with such great view but customers are not able to use it."
