"Seriously the most gorgeous hotel and location. I was absolutely wowed and the perfect setting for a romantic break. About the hotel and grounds- much much nicer than the website- see my attached photos- and a LOT of grounds with romantic seating, deck chairs etc to enjoy. A lot of room per guest so very intimate if looking for a romantic break away. Breakfast buffet is the best I've ever had, and genuinely one of those postcard places that is so naturally beautiful you can hardly believe it's real! Loved it there :) The food at the restaurant is good monday to saturday and not so good on a sunday when the chef is away. Staff are non invasive (which we liked) but just a tad unorganised (which we didnt like) But this really becomes insignificant because everything else is soooo good. Each room has a private outside chill-out area which no one else can use, and also the hotel backs onto a private beach (not sandy) that is very beautiful and almost always completely empty. Our room was in the beach house and was lovely, cool, nice view and very private. The "crowd" is very mixed, young couples and older ones and a mix of nationalities. There are two pools, more than enough for what seems to be a very small amount of guests even at maximum occupancy, and the hotel is also a short journey from some other great restaurants. Quite simply the best and most romantic location I have visited thus far, and I would love to return."

"Eu estava um pouco nervoso depois de ler mal comentários online, mas honestamente tive a melhor experiência neste hotel. O pessoal é muito amigável e acomodante. O inglês não é a língua principal aqui, mas não foi nenhum problema. O alimento é excepcional, incrívelmente fresco, de excelente qualidade e muitas opções alimentares.Eu tive o pequeno-almoço e o pacote de jantar e recomendaria muito! É verdade que ainda há alguns trabalhos de construção (principalmente paisagem) que estão a acontecer no hotel, isso não interferiu com a minha estadia.As quartos são bonitas, muito grandes e cheias de todas as acomodações que você poderia precisar. O pessoal de limpeza está fazendo um trabalho fantástico e é Muito amigável.Todo o hotel está SEM escuro.As instalações de fitness e spa são fantásticas.A noite passada foi a primeira noite para o bar do lobby estar aberto e todos OS convidados receberam UMA bebida de boas-vindas. The restaurant was by far one of the best on the island... now they have pizza, burgers and spaghetti bolognese??? Even the "normal dishes" are no longer what they were six months ago. Unfortunately, the service has become even more rude and snappy. A real shame!!"

"This hotel is ideal for those who are on a budget and not too fussy. Despite having booked two rooms in April and then arriving at the hotel in August, (some four months later), on arrival to check in, we were told that one of the rooms wasn't ready and told to come back later once it had been sorted. This was a disappointing start, as we'd paid for a room that wasn't provided, having arrived on the day we were travelling. Furthermore, the receptionist wanted to keep our passports before we left, in order to scan them, however, I would have felt more comfortable if he scanned these and gave them back immediately. The rooms themselves were of decent size, with each room being shared by three men, with two single beds in each, as well as a sofa bed. From a friend that I was staying with, he complained about the comfort of his sofa bed, whereas I had no complaints - it wasn't the same as my mattress at home, but it wasn't uncomfortable. Cooked breakfast was included as part of the stay which we had each morning, deciding not to eat there for other meals during the day. There is a decent-sized pool that wasn't particularly busy during our stay, as well as sun beds around the pool, serviced by waiting staff to bring out drinks. The hotel is in an ideal location, with the main seafront approximately 10 minutes away, a group of tennis courts approximately 7 minutes walk away and beach approximately 15 minutes walk. The hotel itself is quite modern, however, what let it down was the fact that in the lounge (as pictured), were random objects, including ladders, a child's booster seat, a DJ desk and a large box, as well as an open door to a shop out on the street, nothing to do with the hotel. Unbeknownst to me, Majorca is a popular destination for German tourists and residents and this was evident at the hotel. I believe that one of the reception staff was German as well and other staff members could have been. One of the staff on the desk didn't seem particularly happy. We were one, if not, the only British tourists in the hotel. The age demographic appeared to be people in their 20s, with a few people older than this. Overall, it was a budget holiday for a group of six guys in their mid-twenties, so we perhaps got what we paid for."
