"We booked for 3 days but could stay only 1 night and changed the hotel. We stayed first night of Chinese new year and most of the places was closed nearby. After check in, they gave us 5 liters of water bottle for drinking which is manually filled! It is not clear how fresh the water inside the bottle. There is kettle at the room but there is no tea bags. There was very basic breakfast ( only noodle, no tea or coffee or milk...) at first day of Chinese new year. The room is little smelly, i guess it is because of humidity... There is no clear road sign for car parking area , it is really hard to understand where to drive and turn... We asked for refund and hotel lady accepted our request, thanks... But they asked me to give 5 star rating! Sorry, it is all i can give. Beside, hotel room is spacious, bathtub is big and water temperature is high enough ( around 40 C )"

"Our family really enjoyed our stay. The room was spotless and the hotel is perfectly situated with beautiful views of Nankun Mountain. Our concierge, Vava, was incredibly warm and attentive. The hot spring and room amenities were well-maintained. Soaking in the hot springs was incredibly relaxing and a great way to unwind. It's an ideal spot for a short family getaway, and we'll definitely be returning."

However, the extra charge on weekends makes it really poor value for money, and the hot springs felt like they were just using boiler water."

It wasn't too crowded, and almost all the restaurants nearby were open and ready for business! The facilities along the entire 218 loop were really impressive. We chose the Weichi brand this time, purely because we were drawn in by what we saw! The room environment was great, and the decor was lovely too! The staff were incredibly responsive to every request, and they even allowed fireworks, making our three-day, two-night stay so comfortable. A big thank you to all the staff at Shanshan Sishi, to everyone at the front desk, and especially to the bartender, the young lady from Hunan, whose drinks were exceptionally good! Hope to see you again next time. Wishing you all the very best! It would be perfect if the breakfast selection were more varied. Thank you!"

I've stayed in so many hotels and B&Bs where you just leave your room card and leave. And yet, we were missing a cup when we checked in, and they asked us if we had broken it. Overall, check-out was a significant delay."
