I woke up the second morning to see snow-capped mountains, which was a wonderful surprise. Soaking in a private hot spring at the foot of the snowy mountains was also a fantastic experience. Whenever I went to the lobby for coffee, the staff would immediately stop what they were doing to make it for me. It felt like someone was always looking out for us. The cleanliness was also top-notch, the room was spacious, and the view was superb. By the infinity pool, a staff member even noticed my child seemed a little down and proactively brought over a cake – that was truly heartwarming! The owner was also incredibly enthusiastic. Superb!"
