"A great hotel, everything is new and clean, the service is excellent. Everything is included, which is important, as this part of the island has almost no restaurants, cafes, or shops, if any. You can even try lobster for dinner. However, I would draw the management's attention to the cleanliness of the dishes in the dining room. This isn't just my opinion; it's a health issue! A hotel of this caliber should not tolerate "grabbed" plates or, excuse me, unwashed ones. The grounds are very beautiful and well-maintained, but the beach is windy and not the most convenient, though there are swimming pools. If you go to the right, there are more comfortable areas with beautiful views."

"Our stay at this resort was truly exceptional and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The entire team made us feel not just like guests, but like family. During our stay, our child unfortunately became ill and had a high fever. The way the hotel staff handled the situation was beyond anything we could have expected. They reacted immediately with compassion and professionalism. A doctor was called right away, and the manager personally offered to drive us to the hospital if needed. Their calm support during a stressful moment meant so much to us. Throughout the following days, the restaurant team showed incredible kindness and empathy. They went out of their way to prepare special meals in the kitchen specifically for our child so she could recover comfortably. Every single day they checked on her, asked how she was feeling, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their care and attentiveness touched us deeply. Beyond this experience, the service across the entire resort was outstanding. The staff everywhere were respectful, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The resort itself is beautiful, impeccably clean, and offers many wonderful activities and experiences. We were also very impressed with the diving center. The team was incredibly accommodating and even provided additional weights and equipment specifically for us outside of their regular courses so that we could enjoy our dives comfortably. Their flexibility and generosity made the experience even more special. This is truly a luxurious resort with exceptional service, but what makes it stand out most are the people. Their kindness, humanity, and dedication are what turn a beautiful place into a truly memorable one. We are deeply grateful to the entire team for their care, professionalism, and heart. Thank you for turning a difficult moment into an experience filled with support and compassion. "The hotel is located in an area where there's nothing but beaches and other hotels. Restaurants and island attractions are quite a distance away. The winds pick up in the evenings. Swimming near the hotel is practically impossible due to rocks, especially when the tide goes out in the evening. The hotel itself is designed in an old African style, with a somewhat dull interior and exterior. A 'partial sea view' room actually offers a view of the restaurant's roof. The photos are outdated and don't reflect reality. The rooms have artificial flooring, which contributes to an overall cheap impression. The room decor is uninspiring and dated. The toilet is an add-on with a flimsy door. The shower has no enclosure, so water gets everywhere, which probably contributes to the floor swelling, as seen in the photos. There's no fridge in the room, which makes sense since there are no shops nearby anyway. If you don't have a car, there's really nothing to do here besides sunbathe on the beach. You'd get bored at the hotel after 2-3 days. Breakfasts are good and tasty, with an à la carte menu like in a restaurant. Be careful when checking out, as they might try to charge you a service fee – don't pay it. Overall, the hotel isn't worth the money. It's boring and old."
