The hotel's hardware and overall design are good, and the rooms have a real resort feel. It's definitely convenient for getting in and out of the scenic area. However, there's still room for improvement regarding service details."

There's also a small tent, which the kids loved. The hotel is surrounded by a lake, so you can easily spend a whole day exploring, and dining options are convenient. They even have a shuttle bus for the hot springs, which is very handy."

"This hotel is located within the Dongfengyun Scenic Area, and I think it's a great resort hotel. They have a shuttle service that readily takes you to the scenic spots and the hot spring center. The swimming pool is a standard size and fantastic, and the hot springs are also wonderful. All in all, my stay was a great experience. The only minor drawback is that Amap (Gaode) navigation isn't very user-friendly for getting there, so it's best to communicate with the hotel in advance for directions."

"Although we only stayed in Mile for one night and it rained, our experience at Wanshan was great. We booked a two-bedroom suite, and I have to say, the soundproofing was excellent; we weren't disturbed by different schedules at all. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is located right within Honghe Water Town, very close to Qianwang Gate, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Focheng Shangdu (commercial city) is also not far. My only regret is that the weather wasn't cooperative, so we couldn't visit Lake Spring Ecological Park or enjoy the outdoor terrace of our room. Overall, though, our stay was still very pleasant!"

The convenience of the whole-room smart system impressed me again, especially the incredibly responsive Xiaodu smart speaker; a single command controlled the lights, curtains, TV, and air conditioning – this technological sophistication elevated the entire stay. There's also a self-service laundry room on the first floor with a dryer – so convenient! The attention to detail in every room reflects the management's dedication. This level of quality, cleanliness, and smart technology is a real gem at this price point. I've already added it to my favorites and will definitely book again next time I'm in Mile!"

"I should have given a bad review, but apart from the front desk, everything else at the hotel was quite good, especially the floor cleaning staff, who were all very friendly, so I'll be lenient. The front desk service was truly indescribable. A young man surnamed Ji and two other girls who seemed like interns not only didn't smile during check-in, but the whole process felt like a routine, as if they didn't welcome me at all—extremely arrogant and unprofessional. The afternoon tea included in the package had to be asked for; otherwise, they wouldn't give it to you proactively. Even though they knew you only get one day's voucher for a two-night stay, when I asked for the afternoon tea voucher for the second day, they knowingly asked if I was extending my stay, then offered to give me another one. There was no apology whatsoever; it felt like they were just giving me charity. My goodness, in all the hotels I've stayed at, this is the first time I've encountered such service at the front desk!"

"Calling this hotel a resort is a bit exaggerated. The hotel has no garden. It's not a resort, it's an hotel with a spa. The spa was very nice, but also very limited, with only one hot pool for men and one for women, no dressing room, and no place to care for oneself. No sauna and no steam room either. The spa is mixed. The absence of a dressing room means that people can enter the spa with their shoes and clothes ! Also, weirdly, the spa has no sign, but the toilets do. All of this is not too much of a problem in low season, but can become annoying with many tourists."

"I really wanted to give a bad review. I was kept awake at almost 1:00 AM by noise from outside the hallway (from a family with a child), and I really wanted to. The hotel room door had such poor soundproofing that I couldn't even get a basic night's sleep… In the end, I decided against it. A bad review wouldn't change the facts. The key is that the environment and the hot spring were worth it, and the service was also worthwhile; the staff brought earplugs in the middle of the night and helped with luggage… The good and bad are all part of the trip. By the way, the hotel's paper was very rough, but everything else was acceptable, especially the toilet paper. If they could improve that, the experience would be much better."
