"The Grand Hyatt from entry to exit was a “Grand” experience! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was great! We had lunch, dinner, and cocktails onsite and did room service for breakfast. The most enjoyable, was the “Grand” views we had of the runway from the room!"

"The neighborhood of the hotel is not so great, but the staff was polite. The room was extremely noise, even with quadraple layers of windows. I asked to switch to a quite room, but was told that the hotel has been fully booked. If you are a light sleeper, this is definitely not a good fit. I would not book it again."

"At first it was difficult to check in when they asked for a credit card on file in addition of to the already existing booking but the staff eventually came around and was nice. I suggest they make that very clear for international travelers in the future because my booking was non-refundable and I had no American credit card after traveling for 4 days."

"The room was nice and had a mini-kitchen. The property is newer and is well-maintained. Great location, walking distance to the BART station, convenience stores, and restaurants. Only two minor issues: 1. The don’t offer free water beyond the first 2 they give you at check-in. You have to buy or bring more. 2. Their point of sale is not set up to bypass PIN codes for overseas credit cards, so we had to switch the method of payment, which was inconvenient. Beyond that, the staff was friendly and we would stay there again."

"Very good hotel for travellers, especially with discount at good pricing. Hotel offers shuttle which stops at every terminal at the hotel shuttle stop, at every 15 minutes for 24hrs, which is very convenient. Around 10 minutes walk to in-n-out, which closes at around 1am and offers great cali food at late nights, Walk is also generally safe at night. Around 15 minutes walk to millbrae station, which takes you directly to embracardo and fisherman wharf in around an hour. Hotel is very clean and nicely decorated with pool, gym, and good amenities for an airport hotel. Will definitely stay here next time."

"The check in agent was very unaccommodating and disinterested in trying to welcome guests.  Nickel and dime with additional charges even after confirmed through booking site.  Ok stay for a motel. "
