The room was surprisingly clean, the bedding was incredibly soft, and the mattress was perfectly firm, ensuring my elderly relative slept soundly. The hot water in the bathroom came out instantly and was plentiful. The vanity was thoughtfully equipped with makeup remover pads, hand cream, and body lotion. What touched me most were the details: the housekeeping lady noticed the cold medicine I had left by my bedside and thoughtfully added a few extra bottles of water the next day. When I returned to my room that evening, the blackout curtains were already drawn, the bedside lamps were set to a soft brightness, and there was a plate of freshly cut fruit on the table. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering a wide variety of options, from freshly cooked noodles and Chinese pastries to Western bread and fresh fruit. Customization was also available. Upon check-out, the staff even prepared a gift bag. This was a truly heartwarming stay, a testament to the thoughtful details and warm hospitality.
