"This hotel in Xishuangbanna was a fantastic experience! The facilities and service were impeccable! Located in the heart of Gaozhuang Xishuangjing, it's just a few minutes' walk from the Starlight Night Market, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The hotel's design is an elegant Eastern Zen style. The lobby is clean and spacious, with warm lighting that creates a comfortable atmosphere. The rooms are clean and spacious, with cozy and comfortable wood-style decor. They're fully equipped with smart voice control, a smart toilet, and a mini-fridge, maximizing both technology and practicality. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom features a separate wet and dry area. The toiletries are of high quality, making for a very relaxing stay. The facilities are excellent, including a free gym and a 24-hour self-service laundry room, making laundry and drying a breeze. The service was also incredibly heartwarming! Check-in at the front desk was efficient and quick, with staff proactively offering tea and enthusiastically recommending travel tips. Robotic delivery was prompt, housekeeping was meticulous and attentive, and the free airport/train station pick-up service was extremely convenient. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including Dai-style rice noodles and Wuchang porridge, catering to both northern and southern tastes—delicious and healthy.
