"The hotel was easy to find and it's located in a central position in Nanping, close in walking distance to two bus stops. The building does not have a lift, meaning you would have to carry your luggage up the stairs to the room, and me and my friend were not offered any help with our bags. We really don't want to think that we got treated differently because we are foreigners, but we did noticed some things that made us feel discriminated. They didn't give us the room that we booked, it was very small and the bed took up most of the space, we also noticed that the room does not get cleaned properly between guests, because we found some "curious" trash while making the bed. There are other rooms that are spacious and look just like the pictures, but our room was not like that. There was little to no space to accommodate our luggage without it getting in the way. We really cannot emphasize enough how small the room was and felt, there was no space to walk in the room, only an little L shaped space that was free. The other rooms in our same floor that were vacant had the doors open and we had the opportunity to look to look inside and see the differences, they had screen projectors, sofas, tables with chairs and a lot of comfortable space to live in. About the cleaning service, the cleaning lady only swept one out of the 10 days of our stay. She was nice, but every day she knocked on our door and screamed very loudly for us to open the door. The trash does get taken care of daily, as well as more toiletries are provided, but the experience of being scared every day around 14:00 afternoon is very unpleasant. The other rooms did have a doorbell for the cleaning service to announce they were there, but ours didn't work, that's why the lady had to bang on our door. My friend was not comfortable at all with the quality of the mattress, it was very hard and basically a piece of wood with a thin layer of cushion. The other rooms had a screen projector ours had only the small TV, and it didn't work. And the few clothe hangers provided are really asking to be replaced. The city/town it's very walkable, nice and clean we a lot of delicious food to try. If I ever go back to Nanping I would definitely not book this hotel again."
