"Inicialmente, pensei que este fosse um hotel Four Seasons em uma ilha paradisíaca, então tinha grandes expectativas em relação ao serviço e à limpeza. No entanto, comparado a outros hotéis da mesma categoria, foi bastante decepcionante. Primeiro, além do azul hipnotizante do mar, o design e o espaço do hotel eram muito comuns, especialmente os quartos, que eram pequenos, com tetos baixos e instalações ultrapassadas. Segundo, o serviço de limpeza muitas vezes não era muito minucioso. Em duas noites, os lençóis estavam sujos, causando alergias e até um leve odor. Terceiro, e mais impressionante, a equipe era pouco prestativa; com exceção de alguns indivíduos competentes, a maioria não tinha noção de serviço e exalava uma aura de estar constantemente instruindo os clientes. Quando optamos por um tratamento de spa de 90 minutos, a sala estava bem iluminada, mas não havia nenhum design especial ou atenção dedicada ao espaço do spa. A massagem caótica e apressada foi realmente chocante. Tendo me hospedado em tantos resorts de classe mundial, nunca vi nada tão ruim. Principalmente em comparação com o Rosewood Mexico Hotel que visitamos há apenas dois meses, é como da água para o vinho. Em quarto lugar, a comida era mediana. Suspiro! Só me dei conta, ao postar as fotos, de que nem sequer fotografei o quarto; devia ser muito ruim mesmo. Não tenho interesse em filmar."

"Brand new Condo hotel and residential development on Cable Beach in Nassau, Bahamas. It was walking distance to Baha Mar, so walked there a couple of times for dinner and drinks. Aqualina Condos have spectacular ocean views, located right on Cable Beach with infinity pool, padel tennis and pickleball courts, private dock. I stayed in a 3-bedroom unit, very well designed. Top luxury accommodation."

"Stayed April 1 to 5. Location directions could be improved. It would help a lot if directed to the Brownstone 2 building! Can't hardly see the #5 sign (even our taxi driver was confused and got lost). Once found, it was an easy check in. Got to the unit and it looked great! Upon further inspection and usage, here's the breakdown: - the bed mattress is very hard - was not a comfortable sleep - the bedframe cracks loudly when you are just turning - the kitchen was equipped to a minimum, was ok with us as we only wanted the coffee maker - only 1 hanger in the closet - shower could use an upgrade - showerhead was full of water build up which made the water scarce. The water temperature kept on changing as well. Be ready to get a sudden splash of either hot hot water or very cold water! - the unit is advertised with laundry. This is complete FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I sent a whatsapp message asking where the laundry was. No response. I went to another unit and asked the people staying there and they called asking for the laundry. They were told that there was no laundry. The lady mentioned, it is advertised but the response was, "there is no laundry there". - communication was ok - don't expect a quick response and in my case, they didn't respond at all when I asked about the laundry. - no checkout instructions Easy access to public transportation but far from night life (ok with us) I would have given it a 4 star but I don't like to be deceived with false advertisement"

"These are very small apartments, but nevertheless quite comfortable for spending a few days in Nassau if you are passing through. Quiet area. Shops and fast food cafes are a 10-15 minute walk away. It will be much more convenient for your stay if you have a rented car. There is plenty of parking space for him right in front of the house. Large bathroom with shower and washbasin. The kitchen is equipped, there are pots and pans and a capsule coffee machine, which can also be used for brewing tea bags. Coffee, tea, dishwashing and hand washing liquid - everything is also available. Impeccable cleanliness everywhere inside the house. There is a small green lawn in the backyard, but it is not equipped for recreation. What’s unexpected is that there is no table in the house for eating, but there are two folding tables for a mobile computer that can be converted into dining tables. There is very little space in the living room and you will have to be careful not to knock over anything. The bed needs repair or replacement. The mattress, although a little narrow for two adults of average build, is of good quality. But the bed frame itself has long been in need of replacement or repair. The hostess will find you by phone in advance and leave the necessary and clear instructions on how to find and get into the house. And also organizes a meeting and seeing off, if necessary. And although we briefly and inattentively read the reviews, we made a mistake in choosing the area and apartments; we wanted a busier place and more spacious conditions inside, but all the inconveniences were compensated by concern for our comfort! Bottom line. Housing is more suitable for students or single travelers with a rented car at their disposal, accustomed to the American way of life. Outstanding hospitality will be a great bonus!"

"We stayed 7 nights in 2 apartments because we were in 6. One of the 2 apartments with kitchen and living room. A good solution given the prices of Nassau. The only problem with the mouse in the garden that went forward and back maybe there is a family.. I would have given more because the owner was very kind, but it is not possible to ignore this."
