I used it at night, but all I could see was the lights of Numazu? The view might be better in the evening or when it's a little brighter... The large public bath also has an open-air bath, so I think you'd be satisfied even without using the private bath. The meals are mainly fish, but they are luxurious with spiny lobster and abalone, and the portions are large. Breakfast is not buffet style, but it is a satisfying meal. I would definitely stay here again"

How dare a hotel like this have the guts to accept foreign tourists? The transportation is very inconvenient. The bus only leaves every hour. After finally arriving, it was two hours before the check-in time. I wanted to store my luggage and walk around nearby. The store owner refused and asked him why. He said it was not three o'clock yet. I laughed. After staying in the hotel for so many days, there were so many foreign tourists who arrived early to store their luggage. Whoever had the right travel time card didn’t have to check in! We were speechless. The 40-degree high temperature threw all our luggage out and asked us to come back at three o'clock. "Nos últimos anos, visitei quase todas as fontes termais do Japão, de Honshu a Hokkaido e depois a Kyushu. Desta vez, escolhi Izu, minha segunda visita. Minha última estadia no Hotel Shuzenji Marriott deixou uma ótima impressão. Desta vez, ao reservar um hotel, descobri inesperadamente o aclamado "Hotel Awashima". Dizem que ele está localizado em uma ilha particular, com vistas incríveis, instalações, serviço e comida excelentes. Depois de comparar cuidadosamente as opções, reservei cinco quartos com um mês de antecedência. No entanto, jamais imaginei que teria minha primeira experiência desagradável no Japão. O serviço de recepção foi péssimo. Não havia carregadores para ajudar com o embarque e desembarque, então tive que carregar minha própria bagagem, o que causou uma má primeira impressão. Além disso, o vestiário do grande banho público tinha apenas um frasco de sabonete líquido e uma touca de banho; outros itens essenciais, como removedor de maquiagem, tônico facial, hidratante, discos de algodão e cotonetes, estavam faltando. Tive que levar os meus. No entanto, havia pequenas amostras de produtos POLA no quarto que eu poderia usar. Como se trata de um banho termal exclusivo para hóspedes do hotel, seria mais conveniente disponibilizar frascos maiores de produtos para a pele. A limpeza do grande banho público também foi a pior que já vi no Japão. Ele abre às 6h, mas quando cheguei às 6h20, estava uma bagunça. Havia tufos de cabelo por toda parte, nenhuma touca de banho e duas toalhas usadas jogadas perto da piscina externa (reclamei com uma amiga sobre isso no café da manhã, e ela disse que viu aquelas toalhas no banho na noite anterior, então concluí que não havia sido limpo). A comida também era péssima; o café da manhã era extremamente simples e tinha um gosto horrível. Os jantares franceses à noite eram ainda piores; jantamos lá duas noites e nenhum prato era palatável. O chef e o confeiteiro eram ambos incompetentes. O mais ultrajante foi que os roupões fornecidos em nosso quarto 503 no dia 1º de fevereiro tinham manchas de sangue fresco. Eles estavam claramente sujos e sem banho. Isso deveria ser considerado uma grande falha, não é? Meu amigo só me contou isso depois que saímos da ilha; caso contrário, eu certamente teria exigido uma explicação sua."
