"Let me share my personal experience. At first, I couldn't find Kais Hotel, realizing you enter through the Pullman. The front desk is immediately to your left as you walk in. To be honest, their logo is a bit small and easy to miss. The hotel service, however, was truly excellent. A big shout-out to the young lady at the front desk; she was so kind, polite, and friendly. She even upgraded our room for free and proactively told us which floor the elevators were on and where breakfast was served. It really shows how well-trained their staff are! No wonder it's a zero-complaint hotel. The room itself was fully smart, clean, and hygienic. Opening the window offered a beautiful view of the landscape design, which was quite picturesque. It's very friendly for business travelers, especially with a proper desk, haha. If they had a pool, it would be indistinguishable from a five-star hotel. The value for money is exceptional. The mattress was incredibly comfortable – a real lifesaver for someone like me who often struggles with insomnia. I slept soundly until morning without waking up once. However, the thermostatic shower was anything but constant, fluctuating between hot and cold. Given the current weather, I'd suggest turning off the air conditioning when showering to avoid catching a cold. Despite that, the positives far outweigh the negatives. I'd definitely recommend it to my friends. It's genuinely great, and I'll choose Kais Hotel again next time I'm in Putian. Five-star rating! Thumbs up!"

"This stay was a truly pleasant surprise! As soon as I entered the room, I was drawn to its minimalist modern style. The color scheme was incredibly comfortable, completely lacking the dullness often found in traditional hotels. I particularly loved the warm-toned LED strip light design above the bed; turning it on at night created such a cozy ambiance, perfect for relaxing. The room also had excellent natural light, with large floor-toceiling windows paired with sheer white curtains, offering both openness and privacy. The sofa area was thoughtfully designed, making it comfortable for both working and lounging while watching TV. Overall, the cleanliness and attention to detail were excellent. Highly recommend!"

The floor that the lady took on the day of check-in was a bit high, and I was very glad that I didn't feel any noise. When I entered the room, I saw that the layout was large enough. Although it was not rated with stars, I personally felt that it was more than 4 stars, especially the two receptionists at the front desk. They were warm and considerate and used civilized language. Because I don't smoke, I asked for a non-smoking room, a room farther away from the elevator and a quieter room. "Excellent stay! The location is good. It is near to the Mazu temple, very convenient to travel there. The main purpose for me traveling to Meizhou is to pray to Mazu. The parents of the owner are so helpful. They help me to prepare the stuffs for praying and even drive me to temple, although it is very near. They teach me how to pray and bring me to every sites to pray. They went with me twice. The homestay also provide transportation from the harbour to the homestay and vice versa. The family is very friendly and helpful. We had a good chat on one night. The breakfast provided is simple, decent and sufficient. The room is very clean and very new. I will go back again when I visit Meizhou Island."

The owner was incredibly friendly, always greeting us whenever we met. They were always willing to accommodate any requests we had. There's a rooftop for drying clothes and a washing machine available. The location is excellent, right near Mazu Temple, less than 200m away. KFC and Mixue Bingcheng are also very close by. The farmer's market isn't far either, about a 10-minute electric scooter ride or a 30-minute walk. Lianchi Beach is the nearest beach, and Rainbow Road is also nearby! Essentials like clam digging tools and free pier pick-up service are all provided."
