"The hotel's location is very close to the bus station, but the streets are all cobblestone, making it difficult to walk with luggage. The room size was adequate. However, during my 5-day stay, they only proactively cleaned once. Being on the ground floor facing the street, it was noisy and didn't feel very secure."

"I usually don't bother writing reviews, but this place had quite a few things to complain about. **Location:** It's a bit of a distance from the old town, about a 15-minute walk. However, it's conveniently located right next to a large shopping mall, making shopping and dining very easy. **First, the positives:** The room was quite spacious, just as shown in the pictures. Two complimentary bottles of mineral water were provided. Slippers and toothbrushes were available (though you had to ask the front desk for them). **Now for the downsides:** **Service:** The female front desk staff's English was very poor, making communication a real challenge. The male front desk staff (who also seemed to be working as a bartender) had an unpleasant attitude. **Facilities:** The pillows were absolutely dreadful! The filling felt like lumpy, hard cotton, making it completely impossible to sleep! **Booking & Room Setup:** When I made the booking, I clearly specified 3 adults + 1 child (9 years old). After checking in and getting to our room, we found that the sofa bed hadn't been made up, but instead, they had provided a baby crib. When we contacted the front desk, their response was that "their booking information indicated there was a small baby in the group." Even so, is it reasonable to expect three adults to sleep in one bed? They eventually made up the sofa bed, but only provided a single duvet. When we asked the front desk for another duvet or to swap it for a double one, we were told that housekeeping had already left (it was 6 PM at the time), and they had no idea where the blankets were... **Late Checkout:** When I inquired about a late checkout, the front desk staff pretended to check the booking, typing away on the keyboard, only to then say, "Sorry, we're fully booked." However, I quickly checked online myself and saw that the same room type was clearly available on Ctrip... In my opinion, a direct 'no' would have been far better than such a disingenuous charade! **Conclusion:** Based on all of this, I won't be choosing this Mercure hotel again for my next visit."

"Minha decepção com as férias começou no check-in. A recepcionista foi extremamente antipática e negativa, sem falar na falta de um sorriso sequer neste hotel... Com essa atitude em relação aos hóspedes, recomendo escolher outros hotéis próximos com preço similar e que ofereçam spa. Quanto ao café da manhã, entendi que a equipe mudou, e desta vez, às 9h, praticamente não havia nada... nenhuma salada sequer... tigelas vazias em vez de legumes, então não posso opinar sobre o café da manhã... mesmo que os termos e condições estipulem que o café da manhã é servido até as 10h... Recomendo fortemente que pensem duas vezes antes de reservar este hotel e que considerem outros fatores além do preço... Percebi que é melhor pagar alguns euros a mais por um bom atendimento em outro hotel. Espero que levem meus comentários em consideração. O quarto era de categoria superior, mas a TV deste hotel tinha apenas 12 canais, baseado no princípio de que não se importam com os hóspedes e que trocar a programação ou adicionar canais não é da sua alçada. O princípio é simples e barato, então tudo bem. Nem pense em usar canais como SMART ou YouTube nessas TVs antigas! Estou sendo objetivo. Já me hospedei neste hotel antes, com funcionários e atitudes diferentes, mas agora tudo está deplorável!"

"The location is fine but an old room is allocated during my stay so strong toilet odor is smelled in my room. Even worse is my credit card was charged without authorization (despite they refund but transaction cost is still incurred and the customer needed to bear for the hotel's mistake), given that the room is fully prepaid. Had strong doubt on the integrity of the staff, be careful if u stay in this hotel."

"The hotel is well located, near the old town, the bus station, and the train station. Access codes are provided by email. Initially, there were a few squatters outside the door. The lobby and staircase smelled of cigarettes, so it wasn't great. But otherwise, it was fine. The family room was quite nice. There was no TV, but a computer. The bathroom was fairly stylish. Overall, it's not perfect, but given the affordable price and location, it's ideal for a short stay."

"I had a wonderful stay in this spacious and spotlessly clean room. I only stayed for one night, but it was so comfortable that I wished I could have stayed longer. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was tastefully decorated in calming colours, creating a cosy atmosphere. It also had a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge, which was convenient. A pleasant surprise was the free laundry facilities in the basement, including both a washing machine and dryer. This was incredibly helpful during my trip. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was very well equipped, making it a great choice for both leisure and business travellers. I’d definitely love to stay here again!"
