Most amusingly, the freshly ground coffee didn't have bagged sugar. When I asked a staff member, they said they were out and I had to go to the lobby to get it. After waiting a long time, a staff member finally came up (the restaurant is on the 10th floor), without mentioning the sugar. When I asked again, she told me she was out of sugar downstairs, which was quite frustrating. Such a large hotel couldn't even provide coffee creamer. The surrounding area lacked amenities, with construction underway. In conclusion, given the limited amenities and the fact that it was late October/early November (off-season), the hotel's pricing was unreasonable."
