"Service is good. There were a lot of Korean staff, so it was comfortable, and everyone was friendly and helped with luggage storage and drop-off taxi reservations before and after check-in. However, it was strange that the drop-off taxi fare was about twice the difference between the amount informed by the hotel and the amount paid to the taxi driver, but I couldn't confirm it. Breakfast is delicious, but the menu changes every day, so it's a bit of a struggle. Due to the aging of the facilities, aspects such as room condition and bed sheets were disappointing. It’s a great place to go for various activities and water play."

"Recentemente fiquei no Hotel Surf Rider em Saipan e quis compartilhar minha experiência.Em geral, fiquei muito satisfeito com a localização, as instalações e o conforto Da minha estadia. O Grande café Da colheita era excelente, e apreciei o excelente serviço de Tessie (Housekeeping) e Necy (Front Desk). No entanto, fiquei surpresa e um pouco desapontada quando perguntei se estava a usar a lavandaria e disse-me que se as lâminas de hotel estivessem no lavatório ou no secador, podia mover-as sozinho. Como convidado, espero que as lâminas de hotel sejam geridas pelo pessoal, tanto por razões de higiene como por um padrão profissional. Afirmou isso, aprecio o profissionalismo da equipe no Surf Rider e gostaria de ficar novamente, bem como recomendá-los aos viajantes para Saipan. "The hotel is in a great location, very close to the city, super convenient, quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, and very close to the beach! The boss was very enthusiastic. He explained a lot about the local human geography of Saipan to us. He patiently answered many questions and recommended delicious and fun places to us. The room decoration is very new and the facilities are complete. The key bedding is comfortable. There is a supermarket a few hundred meters away, and cafes, restaurants and duty-free shops are also nearby. Shopping is super convenient. Must recommend to friends who are going to travel!"

"The hotel is located in the mountains. We arrived in the early morning and woke up to a stunning ocean view the next morning. Every morning, we could see the long coastline and tropical vegetation. The owner provided free transportation to and from the city, restaurants, and various activities. Any room needs or adjustments were promptly addressed. The owner recommended restaurants and helped with bookings (these recommendations weren't marketing; they were incredibly helpful to us). Airport transfers were also very convenient and quick. Almost all the food on the island was delicious. We are very grateful for the owner's hospitality during the National Day holiday. Saipan is beautiful, charming, and very safe. We hope everyone has a wonderful time at Secret Garden!"

"Our Saipan trip was 5 nights, and we were looking for a family-friendly hotel at a reasonable price, and this hotel was perfect. The room was 45 square meters, very spacious. We had a view of the ocean from the balcony, and the room was quiet and comfortable. We slept soundly at night. Paupau Beach is nearby. Since we had a rental car, getting around was convenient. The atmosphere was homey, and the owner was very kind and helpful, giving us appropriate advice whenever we had questions about our trip. "The hotel room was terrible. The closet light was on all night, making it impossible to sleep. The pillows were very high and uncomfortable. The front desk staff was rude, and the pool water was dirty. I asked the front desk the night before what the latest check-out time was, and they said 2 p.m. However, when I checked out at 2 p.m., I was charged $57.50. It was very infuriating. The front desk staff blamed each other, and the manager refused to come out and was nowhere to be seen. The front desk employee, Elaine Demei, was also very rude. The night before, an intern named Cindy told us we could check out as late as 2 p.m., but the manager, Faimon, was away and didn't address the situation."

"The owner is incredibly nice, genuinely kind and sincere. The room is clean, tidy, and safe. Compared to accommodations in my home country, it's more like a guesthouse or a budget hotel, but the location is excellent – right in the city center, directly facing the ocean. It's just a short walk to McDonald's and a supermarket, and a bit further to various Chinese, Korean, and Western restaurants, as well as an American national park. The room is spacious, and for an island accommodation, there's hardly any musty smell. The owner even handled my airport transfers in the early morning, which was super reliable. Book with confidence; Saipan is definitely worth spending a few days relaxing."
