Then, someone brought a space heater to my room, claiming the central AC didn't have a heating function. I was utterly bewildered; it's the first time I've ever encountered such a situation."

"The hotel was spotless and the room was huge. Even though it faced the street, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The mattress was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The heating was excellent, making the room feel warm and cozy. They offer free late-night snacks, tea, laundry, a gym, parking, and even a pick-up/drop-off service from the high-speed rail station. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive. There's a reading nook and a coffee bar in the lobby. Breakfast had a fantastic variety, with many items made fresh. They even provided cute slippers and toothbrushes for kids, and offered recommendations for local attractions and dining. Our stay was absolutely wonderful!"
