The bottled water provided was already opened, so we didn't dare drink it. Fifth, they required a deposit for check-in, and it wasn't refundable. Crucially, they only refunded the deposit via WeChat after a room check, which was ridiculous since there was nothing usable in the room. Sixth, the signal in the room was extremely weak; there was no internet or Wi-Fi, so we couldn't make calls. Seventh, when we checked out the next morning, the new sheets and blankets were simply left on the floor outside the door – the hygiene was appalling.
