"Our stay was absolutely perfect! Every corner of the hotel is picturesque, offering beautiful photo opportunities that easily rival popular scenic spots, but with a unique江南 (Jiangnan) style. A special shout-out to Mr. Chen Fu, our shuttle driver. We arrived quite late, around 10 PM, amidst a heavy downpour, and the shuttle service was almost ending. He thoughtfully covered our sleeping child with a towel to prevent them from getting wet. After dropping us off, he walked us to our room, holding an umbrella and even helped with our luggage. Such a small act of kindness truly warmed our hearts. Thumbs up to him! At checkout, Ms. Xiao Xie from the concierge was incredibly attentive, helping us with our luggage to the car and proactively assisting with the checkout process. Big praises for her! Assistant Lobby Manager Mr. Xiao Lü also had a wonderful attitude. We're definitely looking forward to coming back and trying out different room types! Shaoxing is truly beautiful!"

The hairdryer was of high quality and easy to use, and the in-room refrigerator was thoughtfully stocked with drinks. Ample parking made getting around convenient, and the staff proactively helped with luggage. The service was meticulous and heartwarming throughout, making for a very satisfying overall stay."

"We decided to visit Shaoxing on a whim. It was about 15-20 minutes' walk from the hotel to Lu Xun's hometown, which was quite convenient. But the sanitary environment, hardware design and software are all average. The pillowcase was extremely dirty with yellow stains. The smart toilet had some issues, the water kept running in the middle of the night. Although the lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic, the rest of the staff were very average. The price/performance ratio is extremely low, not recommended."

"The place is very clean, with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The service was really warm and welcoming. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time. Breakfast was excellent too; I appreciate that it's not wasteful and very hygienic. The sweet soup in the evening was also a nice touch, and the welcome fruit was a thoughtful gesture. The Western breakfast ingredients in the morning were super fresh – clearly, they don't skimp on the food, which is fantastic! It's also very close to the attractions, so we just walked everywhere with our kids."
