The two elevators were insufficient; going downstairs in the morning required a 10-minute wait. Returning to the hotel around 6 PM, the room hadn't been cleaned yet. I had to ask a staff member to simply change the trash bags and replenish the towels. During this time, I overheard staff complaining about staff shortages, saying they'd been busy since morning. The hotel's delivery carts were pushed onto the passenger elevator, with staff completely ignoring guests and rushing to get on first – a clear lack of basic etiquette training."
