Unfortunately,the room is quite noisy with people from the other room. You can hear they talking and laughing. Even when they flushed the toilet! Hillarious."

"The host was incredibly warm and positive, chatting with us about everyday things and even helping us with a taxi. The room was spotless everywhere; the white carpet was so clean I felt bad leaving any marks. The kitchen equipment was tidy and clean, perfect for heating up food. Overall, a very comfortable stay – highly recommended! It's an 8-minute taxi ride from the train station, just search for S2 3AD, or about a 20-minute walk, very convenient."

"My stay at the Rutland Hotel was really pleasant. The staff were friendly and kind; the lady at the check-in desk was particularly lovely, and I was lucky enough to get the last available parking space! I thought the room was perfect for a solo traveler, providing me with a comfortable base after a day of exploring the city before attending a show the following day. Everywhere was clean and tidy. I made use of the facilities, enjoying a relaxing shower and winding down in my pyjamas with an episode of Midsomer Murders (each room has a tv and wifi). I ordered room service and the curry was tasty. The only downside was that the room was really hot throughout the night. Even with the provided fan running and the window and curtains left open, it remained uncomfortably warm. Aside from that, it was an enjoyable stay. I would stay here again, but hopefully not in a room so hot!! To the staff - thank you for being so lovely :)"

"I wouldn't consider this a good stay, as I encountered several issues. First, the check-in process was a hassle since this hotel doesn't have a front desk. I spent hours calling the hotel, facing either "Line busy" or no response after a long wait. If it wasn’t for Trip.com's customer service finally connecting with the hotel, I wouldn’t have known what to do. Second, the wooden door in my room was difficult to close; it required a hard push and made a loud "bang." The glass sliding door of the shower room was also problematic, it fell out on my first pull, and I'm certainly not strong enough to break a door with just one pull. Lastly, and most frustratingly, was the toilet paper situation. It was my first time encountering a toilet without a single roll of paper. I can't imagine what I would be if I hadn't brought my own in my bag that day. On a positive note, the room was well-equipped with a fridge, oven, heater, toaster, and even an iron, which suggests the hotel might have been quite good when the things are all good a few years ago, but not now."

"Por favor, não reserve este lugar!!! Estamos apenas 10 minutos e foram reservados para o fim de semana, de sexta-feira 22 Nov a domingo 24 Nov. As fotos online foram boas, bem como uma localização decente, mas....Falta terrível...de gordura vazia e comida estalada. As casas de banho de telhados eram mucosas. O frigorífico tinha comida apagada, o congelador estava congelado e não se fechou. A cama era esmagadora e velha, e o vapor e a mosca foram fundidos. As coberturas eram de almofada fina. O sofá no quarto estava partido. Não queria mesmo tirar o meu casaco ou sapatos!Mas mais importante é que eles se recusam a reembolsar, porque eles dizem que tento cancelar e que está fora do tempo de cancelamento.Ignorar completamente a verdadeira razão por que não ficámos. Também não tem estacionamento privado, é cobrado separadamente e eles vão pedir um depósito de 150 libras de desconto depois de ter reservado. Isso é algo que me preocupa, porque havia tanto errado com o local. Não sei se me devolveriam isso.Como disse no início, não reservam este lugar, você vai arrepender-se!"
