"We stayed at this property last month with our family from Delhi while visiting from Perth, Western Australia, and I can honestly say it was one of the finest hospitality experiences we have had despite travelling extensively and staying at many excellent properties around the world. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, courteous, and genuinely respectful. Whether this is a reflection of the wonderful hospitality culture of Himachal or the exceptional leadership of the team, every interaction made us feel welcomed and valued. The rooms were beautifully appointed, the food was outstanding, and the overall standard of service exceeded our expectations. The property itself is impeccably maintained, set amidst stunning natural surroundings, and offers a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views. What truly stood out was the personal touch provided by the General Manager, Nipun. He was there to welcome us on arrival and made a point of greeting guests each morning at breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a tranquil and picturesque setting. We look forward to returning in the future."

"⭐☆☆☆☆ This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had, mainly because the experience was nowhere near what was advertised or what the price suggested. The first red flag is the location and approach road. Para minha surpresa, quando EU verifiquei mais tarde essa noite, Cerca de 8h00, a mesma sala estava disponível para Cerca de 4000.Francamente, o hotel se sente muito Mais próximo de 4000 propriedades do que 4000. Se tivesse pago a taxa mais baixa, as minhas expectativas teriam sido muito diferentes.O próprio quarto tinha um cheiro desagradável, e o banheiro estava pior.Havia um cheiro abusivo, e as toalhas básicas estavam desaparecidas. O estado geral do quarto não reflectiu as expectativas de um hotel de preços acessíveis.O pequeno-almoço Da manhã seguinte foi outro desconto.A propagação era muito básica, principalmente de pão, ovos e paradas frias. Embora isso possa ser aceitável para um hotel orçamental, não é o que os hóspedes esperam quando pagam taxas de prémio e reservam uma propriedade comercializada como hotel 4-star. "We stayed here for three days, and the staff was extremely rude and lacked basic manners while speaking to guests. When we asked for assistance with parking, no one was willing to help. On top of that, they are demanding advance payment for all three days. Overall, it was a very disappointing and poor experience."

"I was disappointed with the whole experience. To reach the hotel, we had to navigate a long, poorly lit, and narrow road that felt extremely unsafe at night. It was a nerve-wracking journey each time we went out and came back – not at all the relaxing or convenient access you’d expect for a hotel. First, the room was far from what I expected based on the photos. It was small and had an unpleasant musty smell. The bedding didn’t seem clean, and the sheets had noticeable stains. The bathroom was even worse; there was mold in the corners of the shower,the soap and shampoo pumps were not in working condition and the towels looked worn and brown in colour (they were white towels) Dining experience wasn't great at all either as the options were limited. Overall, between the terrifying access road and the hotel’s lack of cleanliness and upkeep, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."
