"Upon our arrival by car, a hotel staff member was already waiting to greet us. The welcome was incredibly warm and pleasant. Check-in was seamless, and then it was off to our rooms. They were a bit of a distance, so we drove, with the welcoming staff member leading the way. All our luggage was brought directly to our rooms. We found the rooms to be absolutely fantastic – spacious enough, beautifully and tastefully decorated, even more stunning than in the pictures. The next day, we had breakfast, which was conveniently located across from our rooms. Afterward, we arranged a tuk-tuk to visit the temples. In the late afternoon, we took a wonderful shower, followed by an in-room massage. This too was an excellent massage. Unfortunately, no oil massage was allowed by the hotel, which is understandable. After that, we swam in the pool, which was also great. We stayed for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. This was one of the cheapest hotels we booked during our trip through Thailand, yet it's our number one, and we would love to come back again. Truly superb!!!"

"Excellent rooms sorrounding a nice pool in a quiet are, close to the temple ruins but not far (5min drive). The rooms were confortable and clean, as well as the pool, with pool towels available. Breakfast was good, and you can choose what to have and it is prepared at the moment. Personeel was nice and friendly. A good place to stay if you plan to visit the ruins and later recover from the heat in the pool."

"If you want to be near the park, this isn’t it. There arent staff on hand and we have to search for them. The rooms were clean. But the lights outside the rooms made it seem like daylight when we tried to sleep. Dogs barked all night. Construction was happening, so the pool was hard to access."

The hostess prepared delicious breakfasts for us every morning, and the atmosphere was truly homey. In the evenings, we drank tea in the gazebo and talked a lot about our experiences in Sukhothai. The guesthouse is in a wonderful location: close to the entrance to the historical park, the night food market, a 7-Eleven, and massage parlors. The bus station is a 10-minute walk away. Thank you to the host, Paolo, for his hospitality, warmth, and wonderful memories!"

The free breakfast was delicious, the interior was stylish, and it was a good value for the price. However, please note that the bath is shared and the water pressure is weak (hot water was available), and toothbrushes are not provided."
