"Classificação: 4/5 O hotel é conhecido por SUA natureza calma e pacífica, e é Muito bom para casais que gostam de ser silenciosos e verdes. O que amamos: -*Quartos e ambientes*: os corredores e quartos eram super limpos, serenos e bem mantidos.As camas eram muito confortáveis. - *Facilitações*: WC, área de vanidade e placa de ferro foram todos bem instalados no dia 1. - *Localização e vistas *: A praia privada, a vista do sol e o vento do mar eram absolutamente bonitas. O pessoal que NOS acompanhou era muito simpático e tentou ajudar rapidamente. * Áreas a melhorar: - *Drenagem de banho*: Após a chuveiro, a água estava estagnada devido a pisos desiguais, e tivemos de expulsar a água manualmente, o que era um pouco desagradável. - *Reserva de casas*: No segundo dia, o WC não estava completamente limpo e não estavam preenchidos itens descartáveis como escovas de dentes. Tivemos de ligar para pedir. - *Pequeno-almoço*: Muito diversificado, MAS alguns alimentos eram frios/secos e alguns condimentos básicos, Como a manteiga, estavam desaparecidos.Compreendo que o hotel está sob nova gestão, assim esperamos que isso seja ordenado. - *Serviço de quarto *: Pode ajudar a ter 24-hour serviço, porque algumas quartos estão longe. Em geral, gostamos realmente do hotel e recomenda-o por SUA paz e visão.Só espero que a gestão trabalhe sobre OS pequenos detalhes acima.Uma rápida desculpa/reconhecimento do Pessoal também irá longe. "It's a gamble. Some of the rooms are big, recently (?) renovated, working AC, etc. Some of the rooms are alright. Some of the rooms are... tough. I stayed with family (large group split among several rooms) and I got stuck with the single room that was in rough shape. The AC broke, there was no wifi, you could hear everything, it was dark and dingy with what was most certainly mold all over the walls, and there was definitely a smell. I was scared of the bedding and pillows so I put my airplane clothes down. With the AC down it got pretty musty and humid - but even when the AC was working it was loud and could not be adjusted. There was also supposed to be a "bolt" on the inside of the door but it was a flimsy little thing so each night I just crossed my fingers that nobody would try to come in. When I went to meet up with my parents in their room on another floor it was like we were staying in two different hotels, one being an extremely sketchy and run-down motel and the other being a (still cheap) hotel that had tons of space in the room and functioning amenities (for the most part). We were only there for maybe 2 nights so it wasn't the end of the world but imagine traveling 20+ hours and then opening the door to settle down in... that. My parents had to ask the front desk for toilet paper and the wifi and the front desk simply said, "oh, you're supposed to have those things. We'll just give you a discount on the price instead" so we had to buy TP from a nearby store. So - if you are to book a stay here, see if you can get one of the larger rooms on a higher floor. PROS: it is in the middle of downtown Tuaran. A Watson's right next door if I remember correctly. Just around the corner (..err, sort of) was a little breakfast place/restaurant that we went to. Also, it was dirt cheap apparently. And we needed some place to stay in Tuaran, so it was better than nothing."
