"Chose this hotel based on Trip.com's recommendation, and I'm glad I did. A few things really stood out: 1. The hotel staff's service awareness is exceptional. The moment I arrived, someone who was sweeping instantly put down their broom to help with my luggage. 2. The hotel is split into two buildings, A and B, both of which have been fully renovated. One side even has a heated towel rack, which is a thoughtful touch. The rooms are also more intelligent/tech-savvy. 3. The hotel's buffet is excellent, and breakfast is included. I'd also recommend lunch and dinner – the salmon sashimi was plentiful! 4. The hotel's central location is convenient, but it also has its downsides; getting stuck in afternoon traffic can be quite frustrating. All in all, a very satisfying stay. I highly recommend it to everyone."

"Ambiance: The design is top-notch, with excellent aesthetics, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I especially loved the lighting design, which made both the lobby and the rooms feel very inviting. Service: The butler was very responsive, which I appreciate. However, I have a few suggestions: 1. Before check-in, they could proactively contact guests or add them on WeChat to discuss check-in details. 2. At past 3 PM, the room cleaning still wasn't finished. Guests should be offered some compensation, like complimentary afternoon tea, instead of nothing. 3. For guests staying multiple nights, I recommend a small extra surprise. Guests staying only one night get welcome fruit and toiletries, but those staying longer don't get these replenished. The price is the same, so it feels unfriendly to long-stay guests. 4. The welcome fruit platter should ideally include easy-to-eat fruits. We received two melons without a knife or being pre-cut, making them impossible to eat. 5. They really need to implement better mosquito control. I was kept awake and bitten by mosquitoes on the first night. Hygiene: I suggest replenishing disposable toiletries, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner promptly. They were all at the very bottom and couldn't be dispensed, and I found they still hadn't been refilled on the second day. Facilities: The breakfast changed on the second day, which was a nice touch!"

"Overlooking a pine forest and city views from the sunroom, it's wonderfully quiet at night. The zero-pressure mattress is incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep. The hygiene was top-notch, facilities complete, and bedding spotless. The mini-fridge was great for leftovers, and the microwave at the downstairs bar was very convenient – all my daily needs were met. It's an easy walk to Torch Eight Street and the trestle bridge, and the beach is just across the road. There's even an observation deck with sea views by the elevator, and the laundry room also boasts a sea view! Super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, always quick to respond to any issues. Fantastic value for money – I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Weihai!"

"Our trip to Weihai was made even more enjoyable thanks to this hotel's excellent service. Since we were on a road trip, the hotel's proximity to Torch 8th Street was perfect. If you're planning to visit Torch 8th Street, book this place without hesitation – it won't disappoint! **Cleanliness:** The room was clean and tidy, and all the bedding and amenities were neatly arranged. **Ambiance:** The hotel's atmosphere was elegant. Even though it's by the road, the soundproofing was excellent. **Facilities:** They offer free parking, a gym, and a laundry room, all free of charge. It was my first time using a hotel laundry room, and the staff's help was fantastic! **Service:** A huge thank you to all the front desk staff, restaurant servers, and cleaning ladies! Every single person deserves praise! First and foremost, their 'smile service' – though a short phrase – was consistently delivered. Every staff member greeted us with a warm hello, and even though it sometimes felt a little awkward, it truly made us feel welcome. Any communication with the front desk was met with prompt and effective responses. I've been dealing with gout recently and asked the front desk for ice for my pain – can you believe they gave me a huge bag? I almost felt embarrassed! I stayed for two days, iced for two days, and each time it was a massive bag. While ice packs aren't expensive, their service truly makes a great impression! Oh, and upon check-in, they gave our child a sand-digging set and a shell bracelet, which our kid absolutely loved! The toiletries they provide also smell wonderful – truly commendable! Of course, everyone has their own experience, and I can't dictate others' opinions, but my two-day stay here was truly excellent. Weihai's winds may be strong, but its people are incredibly warm and welcoming. Grateful for the encounter, and I wish the hotel continued success! Keep up the great work! ❤️"
