The front desk staff showed no apology and had an indifferent attitude, dealing with the issue very unenthusiastically. It felt like they expected guests to run back and forth. 2. **Room Noise:** The smart toilet frequently made loud, high-pitched noises, like construction sounds from a building site. I tolerated it during the day, but when I reported it to the front desk, they verbally promised to "immediately send a technician." However, it was all talk; no one ever came to look at it, even up to check-out. 3. **Hygiene:** On the first night, when I pulled back the covers, I found an insect (like a cockroach or beetle) on the pillow. 4. **Amenities:** Insufficient tissues were provided, and there was no phone in the room, so any issues required another trip down the elevator to the front desk. Aside from the convenient location, I wouldn't recommend staying here."
