"The hotel's location is excellent, right across the road from the Nanchang Street Historical and Cultural District, making shopping and sightseeing super convenient. The staff were attentive, warm, and patient. The front desk lady, number 29, was especially thoughtful; she helped my friend find pain relief patches when they twisted their ankle. They even proactively upgraded us to a bigger room, which made our stay incredibly comfortable."

Também o hotel está perto das montanhas, onde você VAI andar por aí, ou apenas andar por aí. Nós gostávamos de ficar Neste hotel.Sempre confortável, limpo e com um BOM serviço. Infelizmente, não há fotos. Mas a sala estava totalmente em conformidade com as fotos do aplicativo que costumava reservar."

"Vim para cá em uma viagem de integração com meus colegas e ficamos muito satisfeitos com a nossa estadia. O lobby do hotel era imponente e os quartos estavam muito limpos. Xiao He, da recepção, entrou em contato conosco um dia antes para saber nossas preferências e solicitações e gentilmente providenciou para que todos nós seis ficássemos no mesmo andar, inclusive nos oferecendo um upgrade para uma suíte menor – ficamos muito gratos! Embora a academia e a piscina do hotel sejam terceirizadas, os hóspedes podem usá-las gratuitamente. O café da manhã também era farto e definitivamente valeu o preço. Com certeza me hospedarei aqui novamente se tiver a oportunidade de visitar Wuxi outra vez."

"What I didn't like: When I checked in, they asked if I needed cooking facilities and a washing machine. If not, I could get a room immediately. If so, I'd have to wait for a room to be cleaned. I asked if the room sizes were the same, and they said yes. So I thought I'd just check in directly; the space saved from not having cooking facilities and a washing machine should make the room more comfortable. Who knew it was all hallway space, with very little usable area? Everyone, please avoid room xx06, see the pictures for details. What I liked: The hotel is located near Exit 10 of Sanyang Plaza Metro Station, which is an excellent location and very convenient for getting around. I won't be coming back in the future, bye-bye~"

"This truly lives up to its five-star rating! The lake view room was absolutely amazing, with Lihu Children's Park to the left and Lihu Park to the right. Even when I went downstairs for a walk after sunset, despite the heatwave, I felt completely at peace. The windows have mosquito screens, the room has an air purifier, there's mosquito repellent spray at the main entrance, and insect traps in the park area – everything is meticulously managed and serviced. This is the first time I've seen a hotel where you can buy flowers, it was such a pleasant surprise!"

Millennium Hotel Wuxi

"O quarto estava incrivelmente sujo. O quarto que reservei tinha um forte cheiro de cigarro. Liguei e esperei meia hora até que uma funcionária da limpeza chegasse, alegando que havia estado no quarto o tempo todo e não sentia cheiro de nada. Mesmo depois de ventilar o ambiente até as 21h, o cheiro de cigarro ainda era muito forte. Pedi para outras três pessoas (homens e mulheres) compararem o quarto com o delas, e todos cheiravam da mesma forma. Liguei para a recepção naquela noite para reclamar do cheiro forte, mas depois de esperar muito tempo, ainda não havia nenhuma solução ou resposta. Então, solicitei a troca de quarto. O novo quarto era maior e não tinha cheiro, mas estava incrivelmente sujo — coberto de cabelos na pia, nas bancadas e na banheira. Não sei se sequer havia sido limpo. Todas as fotos foram tiradas antes do quarto ser usado."
