"Staying at the Wuxi Capo Hotel for a business trip was an excellent choice for business travelers. The check-in process was completely paperless and very efficient. The front desk staff proactively arranged a complimentary parking space. The room's internet speed was stable, and there was a small desk, which made working during the trip very convenient. Plus, there's a self-service laundry room and drying facilities, which is perfect for longer stays. The hotel is a quiet oasis in a bustling location; despite being in the city center's commercial district, the rooms are quiet and peaceful. The toiletries were high quality. The public areas were clean and spacious, and the staff were responsive. The transportation is very convenient, with a direct subway line to the train station. This is definitely my top choice for business travel, highly recommended!"

However, many seasonal dishes were unavailable. I'd suggest the chef offers more seasonal options to provide greater variety. The service was prompt and responsive; our requests were generally met quickly. This is my top recommendation for families visiting a local guesthouse, and I personally think it's the best choice for accommodation in Wuxi."

"The hotel has a great view, with a private entrance to Liyuan Garden, and it's close to the Ferris wheel. You can see Liyuan Garden right from your window. My main complaints are: First, the room doors are incredibly heavy, and they slam shut with a loud bang every time. I was woken up multiple times in the morning by the sound of neighboring rooms closing their doors. Second, the soundproofing in the room isn't very good; you can easily hear if someone next door is talking loudly."

The environment, service, and attention to detail were all impeccable! 🌿 The hotel boasts a Song Dynasty aesthetic blended with Jiangnan garden design – think white walls, dark tiles, small bridges, and flowing water. Every step through the grounds reveals a new beautiful scene; it's tranquil yet luxurious. My favorite part was the Wupeng boat entrance, which added a wonderful sense of ceremony. The rooms are spacious and elegant, the bedding is comfortable, the amenities are exquisite, and the privacy is excellent – truly a perfect place to relax. I especially want to praise the service! From check-in to departure, it was attentive and thoughtful throughout: Leon was professional and patient, always responding promptly and working meticulously, which put me completely at ease. Sunny was warm and gentle, always ready to answer questions with a friendly smile, making the service experience very comfortable. Both team members were incredibly kind and reliable, demonstrating the high standard and warmth of Songpin's service. The location is also super convenient, right within Sunac Cultural Tourism City, with easy access to dining, entertainment, and attractions, and the subway isn't far either. I genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wuxi. The environment is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the experience is luxurious yet understated. I'll definitely stay at Xuelang Songpin again next time! 👍"

"The location is excellent, with very convenient transport links. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and Fanfan at the front desk provided exceptional and thoughtful service. I arrived in Wuxi around 9 AM. Most hotels usually have a check-in time after 12 PM, so I was prepared to pay for an early check-in, but it wasn't required. I was also so exhausted that I hadn't realized the room I booked was windowless. The front desk informed me of this, and I paid extra to upgrade to a room with a window. They asked if I could wait about 40 minutes, which I was happy to do. The front desk offered me a cup of coffee, but since I wear invisible aligners and didn't want to remove them for cleaning, I politely declined their kind gesture. I sat down in the waiting area. A gentleman, who appeared to be a lobby manager, came over, offered me a bottle of mineral water, and pointed out some comfortable chairs with backrests and books to read nearby. I was too tired to move again, though. Once the room was ready, a lovely short-haired female staff member came up to me, gently informed me that I could check in, and even helped me with my laptop bag. My visit to Wuxi this time was to see where Zhang Linghe grew up. Wuxi is a lovely city with a strong literary atmosphere; I noticed bookshelves in many different public spaces. I look forward to staying here again next time."

Service: There is practically no service whatsoever, not an exaggeration. Environment: It's not soundproof at all; it's noisy even when walking around or at restaurants outside. I forgot to take pictures, otherwise I would have attached some."
