"I was very satisfied with my stay at the Grand Hotel Tainan in Xiamen this time. The lobby manager and front desk staff on duty were very welcoming and helped us upgrade our room and even gave us complimentary breakfast, which was quite good. We were also lucky enough to win two tickets to the Botanical Garden! And you can store your luggage for free after checking out! The only minor drawback might be that the room was a bit humid due to the rainy season, and the bedding wasn't as dry as I'd like. However, given the reasonable price and the perfect service 💯, I still highly recommend booking here~"

"The room was clean and odor-free, with AI voice control for the facilities, a smart toilet, and a separate shower and bath. The scenic room had large, clean windows without any water stains. The front desk and room service were excellent, proactively offering sightseeing tips, patiently answering questions, and helping with luggage storage. It's also conveniently located for getting around, close to the pier, and right above Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street. It was a very satisfying trip!"

"I had a pleasant stay at the Grand Mercure Xiamen Downtown and would consider staying here again on a future visit to Xiamen. The hotel is a little dated, and the rooms show some signs of wear, but everything was clean and well maintained throughout my stay. The rooms are also well insulated, so I didn't notice much noise from outside or neighboring rooms. Housekeeping was reliable, even on days when I left the room later in the afternoon. It was nice to come back to a clean room without having to adjust my schedule. The hotel offers a good selection of complimentary drinks, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and interactions were consistently pleasant. Breakfast offered a good variety of local and international options, and the food was fresh and tasty. There was enough choice to keep things interesting over several mornings. The location is convenient, with a Line 1 metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, the hotel may not be the most modern, but it offers a comfortable stay with good service, a convenient location, and good value. I enjoyed my time here and would be happy to stay again."
