The guesthouse has a courtyard design with excellent greenery, very quiet and peaceful – no noise whatsoever. The rooms are clean and tidy, with impeccable hygiene. They're also smart rooms with complete facilities and equipment. The hotel environment is beautiful, and the bedding is really comfortable. The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful, and the hotel even provided welcome fruits. The attention to detail was much appreciated."

"A very unpleasant check-in experience. It seems like all the money went into the lobby, which was nicely decorated, but the room was really bad. I booked a king room, but they gave me a twin room, and it was a corner room with a tiny window. The most ridiculous thing was that when I called the front desk, they told me that two beds pushed together would make a king room. How could they say something so absurd? It's outrageous! As an InterContinental member, I really felt like I was staying at a fake Crowne Plaza. In short, it was a terrible check-in experience, and the staff needs to be retrained before they can work again!"
