Fushan Hotel (the most popular and convenient oxygen hotel at the scenic area entrance)

We had a reasonably good stay at this hotel. The room was a good size, clean, lots of media entertainment options on the TV, and the oxygen generator was very much appreciated. The staff were friendly enough. One thing we didn’t like is there are no proper towels - just the disposable paper ones they replace once a day.
The hotel is very close to the entrance of the main valley, which is very convenient. Getting to and from the other valleys might take a little preparation since there is no online taxi service and we mostly had to wait on the roadside for a transport to take us.
We stayed for 3 nights, which was a mistake. There is very little in the area other than the valley entrance, more hotels, and very bad restaurants. There is only one main road in the area which is very loud and dusty: all the hotels are lined up along it. I recommend staying further east in the village by the other valley entrances as there is much more going on and better food choices.

Jaw-dropping mountain views set the tone for an incredibly romantic early spring stay. Waking up to snow-covered peaks outside our room felt almost unreal, and the restaurant was even more panoramic. The interiors were manicured and cosy with every space designed to frame the surrounding mountains.
The amenities were luxe from the Dyson hair dryer to Havaiana flip flops and Voss water, and the complimentary arrival treats were a lovely touch (the little tea cake was delicious). Breakfast and the hot pot dinner were also great and perfect for the cold mountain weather.
If you’re visiting Mt Siguniang, this is the kind of place that turns the trip into something really special rather than just somewhere to sleep. Highly recommend

Very beautiful hotel in the village, quite remote but the view is superb, there is a direct view of the distance mountain ranges from the hotel balcony. Room is spacious and clean, it is tastefully designed with quality amenities. Hotel owner and staffs are friendly, they pick us up from town and drop us at the scenic area chang ping gou. It was very congested the road to the scenic area shuangqiaogou entrance so we decide to skip and rest at the hotel on the first day.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can unload your tiredness and lie quietly to watch the sunshine of the golden mountain, the sky is full of stars, and the snow-capped mountain is in front of you...... To borrow the classic lyrics: "The sky has been empty for a long time, and when the wind comes, the monsoon blows to the sea and beyond the sky". When we begin to respect the guidance of the heart, we open the heart, and when we chase the direction of the wind, it flutters with the wind. All our efforts are only to soar in the world, to come here to truly let go of ourselves, ride a horse and whip a ride to the dust. Waiting for the wind to come is like a branch that you are tired of flying and resting on the way, and a post station where you have been resting for a long time. We will be waiting for you between the mountains and rivers, on the snowy plateaus, on the calm islands. Stop, unarmor and feed the horses, pack their wings. If there were 10 stars, I would definitely give this hotel all 10.
Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin, because everything was simply amazing.
The location is very convenient, close to Shuangqiao Valley. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern. The heating system works quickly and efficiently, keeping the room very warm, which is extremely important in this area. Oxygen is also provided whenever we had health issues due to the altitude — there was truly nothing missing.
During our entire trip from Chengdu until arriving here, this was the first time we met a host who spoke excellent English. She was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. Her husband even drove us around after our original booking was already completed.
For the next day, I had booked another hotel. Although the room rate was higher, their conditions were unreasonable, and they even refused to provide transportation. Because we are not familiar with the local language, the owner of ShanShangShan Hotel and her husband went out of their way to help us and communicate on our behalf. In the end, ShanShangShan was the one who took care of us and gave us a ride.
Now, as I am lying in another hotel writing this review, I truly regret not staying longer at ShanShangShan.
The food here was also delicious, and the chef was extremely friendly and lovely. We felt incredibly comfortable, happy, and relaxed during our stay. Every corner of the room was carefully prepared, thoughtful, and very convenient.
This hotel is not just a place to stay — it genuinely feels like being taken care of.

UUsuário convidadoOne of the most incredible hotel we have stayed in! Breathtaking and excellent views of Siguniang mountains and a stream from the moment you stepped into the lobby. The rooms are exactly as advertised, with zero obstruction of the snowcapped mountains - spectacular views from the room windows! We were worried that the pictures from the booking page would differ but it was exactly the same. The hospitality at the hotel was top notch, extremely bespoke to one's comfort and at the same time very homely and warm. We even got a free upgrade to the best rooms in the property and they even took the effort to celebrate one of our birthday which happened to coincide with our stay.
The two hotel owners (张哥和冷哥), as well as the staff treated us like family, with lovely meals at the hotel (their breakfast noodles were yummy!), recommendations on how best to tour Siguniang mountain valleys and even bringing us to the local convenience stores in the nearby town. Do not hesitate to reach out to the owners to arrange for a horse to be brought to the property for a photoshoot - the pictures on a horse with the mountains in the backdrop are stunning!
All in all, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we will definitely be back! Highly recommended for anyone who wants a relaxing get away with jaw dropping views of Siguniang mountains and the best hospitality that Sichuan can offer!

We truly appreciate the amazing hospitality at Feeling Mountain—by far one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. ✨
Before arriving in the Siguniang Mountain area, the sweet meimei contacted us in advance to make sure we had the exact address of the homestay, since it’s located halfway up the mountain. Eventually, she picked us up in Siguniang town and even brought us to lunch before heading up.
The homestay is located in a local village halfway up the mountain. The area is still developing, so it might seem a bit messy around the surroundings, but it didn’t affect the awesomeness of our stay at Feeling Mountain. They even upgraded us to a room with a better view, where we could see Mount Siguniang directly from our window. The room wasn’t super spacious, but it was sparkling clean and so cozy! (Not to mention the super comfortable bed!)
We were always being fed by meimei, haha. We loved the warm teas and the apple passion fruit—so good!
The BBQ dinner was great, and we got to enjoy it in the living room area with a view of the snow-covered mountains.
There’s an adorable dog named Jiujiu (久久) and a cutie cat named Shiyi (十一)—we loved their company too.
The photo with two dogs is from the lovely café nearby, just a 2-minute walk away, where Jiujiu’s “girlfriend” lives, haha.
Overall, the experience was superb, and we totally enjoyed our stay at Feeling Mountain Homestay. We absolutely loved it and hope to visit again in the future!

UUsuário convidadoThe location is great, and the hotel itself is very nice. The staff are friendly, the service is good, and the room is okay. However, the room has a very strong cigarette smell. I felt dizzy and had to open the window for ventilation. When I booked the room, there wasn’t a non-smoking option available, so I specifically requested for the cigarette smell to be removed. But the smell was still there — and very strong, too.
Overall, though, it’s still a good place. It’s close to restaurants, public transportation, and attractions, and the price is quite reasonable.

友情提示，暑假期間，雙橋溝的停車場8:10左右已經快停滿了，要被引導停到距離正門很遠的地方去。最好是能在7:50之前到達景區大門

UUsuário convidadoThe stay was ok. The hotel staff were not that friendly and helpful. The staff didn't greet us whenever they saw us during our 2 nights stay there. It is a small property and we were probably the only few customers there and yet it felt like we're were strangers to them. There is no elevator and we had to lug our luggage up to the 4th floor where our room was. Likewise we need to carry them down from our room when we checked out. If you need suggestion and information about getting around and what to do, don't hold hope that the staff is able give useful tips, you would have better luck checking the Internet. Breakfast was not ready by 7.30am on our first morning and the choices were limited due to low season. We had some soup noodles which was nice. The room was decently decorated. However, the toilet bowl flush was annoying and flushed by itself and splashed water out onto the floor with the ”faulty” sensor. There is no air conditioning but luckily there was floor heating. However, the heating took extremely long time to heat up. We also had to request them to activate the heater for us even though they knew we were in the room in the cold winter, really lack of sense of good customer service. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the Changpinggou visitor center. We visited in February, during the low season, 80% of the shops were closed in Changpinggou area so it felt like a dead town. We went to Shuangqiaogou for meals and it seemed livelier there.
