For dinner, we had 'Kaiguo Lamb' at the hotel restaurant – selected short ribs simmered in broth for 15 minutes, then dipped in sauce, which was absolutely delicious! We finished with some vegetables cooked in the same pot. The breakfast spread, a mix of Western and Chinese, was also very rich. Compared to other Holiday Inn Express hotels in mainland China, this one offered local specialties like yogurt and noodles. If I ever come back to Xining, I'll definitely choose to stay here again."
