"The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms."

"酒店的位置比較好，步行十來分鐘就可以到大胖，酒店在大胖與小胖中間的位置，去哪個地方都比較方便，酒店出門就是新鄉最出名的小吃街，房間比較乾淨整潔，前台服務意識還是不錯的，酒店門頭比較小，酒店裡麪環境還是挺不錯的，下次來新鄉還會選擇這個酒店。"

"Ótimo hotel. Gostei de tudo, desde o quarto até a atitude da equipe. O quarto é muito espaçoso, com um interior moderno. Tudo é novo e funcional (sem sair da cama, você pode ligar o ar-condicionado ou fechar as cortinas apertando alguns botões). O quarto tem uma cama grande com um cobertor quentinho, uma mesa com sofá e janelas panorâmicas com vista para a cidade. O café da manhã é delicioso e farto, com uma grande variedade de pratos (não sou muito bom em usar pauzinhos, então fiquei feliz com a presença de garfos; este é o único hotel, entre os dez em que me hospedei na China, que os fornecia). A equipe é muito prestativa. O gerente do hotel é sociável e simpático, com quem tive uma conversa muito agradável. Agradeço às recepcionistas que me ajudaram a chamar um táxi para a estação de trem e a encontrar um táxi no estacionamento. Cheguei ao hotel às oito da manhã e fiz o check-in imediatamente, o que é um grande ponto positivo (em muitos casos, é preciso esperar o horário do check-in). Sugestões: instale um gancho para toalha no chuveiro ou ao lado dele. Ao tomar banho, você não tem onde colocar a toalha, a não ser no vaso sanitário. Além disso, as tomadas do quarto são apenas para o padrão chinês, não para o europeu. Informe isso na recepção para que possam vender ou alugar adaptadores."
