"The service was absolutely terrible! When I called to ask about disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, they just said that at such a cheap price, they didn't provide them. It was late at night, and the area is mountainous, making ordering takeout inconvenient. They didn't seem to care about the guests at all. I wasn't even this angry when the hotel sold disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. The order page showed they were provided, but this is the result of my phone call.
