"We did not use any amenities in the hotel so can't comment. Hotel is not near to anything so have to get a cab. That's OK for us since we wanted the quietness. Room is spacious and very comfy. We were upgraded to a 陶洞 replica room which is nice. Breakfast has good variety and food is good. Was given a free lamb dish so we ate dinner in the hotel. Price on the high side but food was really delicious...totally worth it. Also hired a private driver for two days through hotel's recommendation. It was good. Highly recommend this hotel."

I contacted the front desk for repairs, and the repairman had to stand on a chair in the room to fix it. After he left, he used a towel from the bathroom to wipe the chair. Cleanliness: There was cigarette ash on the floor upon entering the room, and the bathroom blinds were covered in years of accumulated cigarette grease. The leather seats under the windows were oily and dusty from not being cleaned for a long time. Environment: The overall environment was okay, but it's too old and needs renovation or more maintenance. Service: The front desk staff changed our room. The first room had a broken showerhead, and the second room had a toilet that kept flushing and a cracked sink. However, the front desk staff did their best to change our room and gave me some snacks before I left. Overall, the experience was not good.
