"A descrição da página inicial diz que a atitude do serviço de recepção é muito boa. A cama de casal foi transformada em um quarto triplo para pais e filhos. Qualquer problema pode ser resolvido e você também pode solicitar descontos nos ingressos do Liu Sanjie. No entanto, há algumas instalações ruins. Uma delas é que reservamos um quarto com céu estrelado, mas a claraboia no telhado não pôde ser aberta. Eles disseram que estava selado por vazamento de água. Então eles não deveriam ter cobrado o preço do quarto céu estrelado ao fazer o pedido. A segunda é que o efeito de projeção é muito ruim. Ainda fica embaçado quando apago as luzes e fecho as cortinas. Não há método de ajuste. A terceira é que o isolamento acústico é muito ruim. Por ser um quarto duplex, o barulho do quarto vizinho subindo e descendo as escadas é muito alto. À 1 da manhã, o som de crianças correndo para cima e para baixo realmente afeta o sono. É normal aumentar o preço durante o Festival da Primavera, mas esta facilidade não vale mil por noite."

"Assim que chegamos ao hotel, fomos informados de que havia um chá da tarde, então, depois do check-in, fomos diretamente para o quinto andar para apreciar a vista e desfrutar do chá. Todos os funcionários foram super atenciosos, e as perguntas feitas pelo WeChat eram sempre respondidas e resolvidas prontamente. O carro do hotel também nos levava para lugares não muito longe. O café da manhã também foi ótimo; sentar lá fora e desfrutar da paisagem das montanhas distantes trazia uma sensação de felicidade. A cama era muito confortável, e dormimos tranquilamente. A experiência geral da estadia foi excelente, e voltaremos se tivermos a oportunidade."

"Localização perfeita com vistas excelentes para o rio Yulong. Também fica a uma curta distância a pé de um dos cais das jangadas de bambu.
A equipe do hotel também ofereceu passeios privados a preços acessíveis (buggy com motorista), que utilizei em um dos dias para conhecer os arredores do rio Yulong, como a Montanha da Lua, a Galeria Shili, almoçar em uma das aldeias, visitar cafés, etc. A simpática recepcionista também me ajudou a reservar os ingressos com antecedência, então não precisei enfrentar filas ao chegar ao Pico Ruyi (basta mostrar o passaporte e entrar).
O café da manhã em estilo chinês estava incluído: sopa de macarrão quente e deliciosa com ovo, frutas e chá. Perfeito para um dia de exploração!

"Éramos quatro pessoas e ficamos neste hotel. Ele está localizado perto da entrada/saída do píer de Longtoushan para cruzeiros no Rio Li, proporcionando uma conexão perfeita com Guilin. O hotel também não fica longe da Rua Oeste, a apenas 300 metros de distância, oferecendo um refúgio tranquilo da área movimentada e nos poupando a corrida de táxi! As instalações do hotel, tanto internas quanto externas, eram muito limpas e elegantes, com uma atmosfera maravilhosa, diferente de outros hotéis. Localizado às margens do Rio Li, podíamos ver jangadas de bambu e corvos-marinhos, uma visão encantadora, e muitos turistas tirando fotos. Foi muito conveniente para nós sairmos e tirarmos fotos também. Embora não tenhamos reservado um quarto com vista para o rio, o mirante na cobertura também era muito singular, com um bar e restaurante que ofereciam vistas panorâmicas! Os funcionários do hotel foram muito simpáticos; fomos recebidos calorosamente todas as vezes que nos encontramos. Quando deixamos alguns itens no hotel e o entregador chegou, eles até pagaram o frete, aliviando nossas preocupações. As lembrancinhas que recebemos na partida também foram muito agradáveis. No geral, o serviço foi excelente!"

"Tive uma experiência maravilhosa no hotel. O atendimento foi excelente, todos os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos, inclusive me ajudando com as malas. O quarto era perfeito, com uma janela grande. Havia ar-condicionado, chaleira elétrica, chá, água mineral, secador de cabelo, chuveiro quente, torneira com água quente, internet, além de outras comodidades. O quarto também era arrumado e limpo todos os dias. O hotel fica à beira do rio, com uma vista deslumbrante, e é muito bem localizado, pois está bem no centro da cidade, a 11 minutos de caminhada da famosa Rua Oeste (West Street). Há um café no último andar, e cada hóspede tinha direito a um chá da tarde no café, foi uma experiência incrível, pois além do chá, da fruta e dos bolinhos serem deliciosos, a vista era muito linda. O café da manhã do hotel também era muito bom, oferecendo opções para um café da manhã no estilo chinês ou no estilo ocidental, com macarrão, ovos, carnes, pães, frutas, etc. Ao fazer o check-out, ainda recebi um sachê perfumado de mimo, uma gracinha. Fiquei muito satisfeita. Recomendo."
