For two consecutive nights, after I parked my electric scooter and locked it at the entrance, he came over and said I couldn't park there (there were no signs indicating which spaces were for cars and which were for electric scooters). No one came to guide me when I entered, but as soon as I parked, he started nagging. When I argued with him, he confidently told me I could complain to the boss. The front desk staff saw this but didn't say a word or report it to their superiors. They had absolutely no professionalism, were arrogant, and had no customer-first service mentality whatsoever. In today's homogenized hotel industry, for something like this to happen is unacceptable. What makes this hotel so unreliable? It's destined to fail. I will never stay here again. I do not recommend it to anyone. Avoid this hotel altogether."
