"On the first day, the bathroom drain was clogged when I took a shower at night. I reported it to customer service, and it took them an hour to fix it. This was the first time I'd heard such an absurd question. I then went down to the front desk myself to sort it out. They said they would arrange for a housekeeper to clean the room, without a single word of apology throughout the entire process. About 10 minutes later, a housekeeper arrived to clean the room. Is this really the service quality of a five-star hotel in Zhanjiang??? I booked the 'Garden Rhyme Family Suite,' no less. Honestly, this stay was a truly terrible experience and very disappointing!"
