"Our original hotel cancelled us days before our arrival to visit the Bath Christmas markets. I never thought I’d find somewhere else when in fact I found somewhere so much better! These apartments are so central. We had the ground floor studio and it was so well equipped and cosy. They had amazing bathroom products and a hair dryer. We were travelling light so I didn’t bring anything to do my hair so this was an unexpected luxury. For a small space it really had everything you needed and more. Thanks again and I plan to come back soon!"

"Absolutely shocking do not waste your time and money staying here. We stayed for two nights and had many issues. The whole hotel from the stairwell to the rooms is filthy, we stayed for two nights so saw it over three days and no cleaning or maintenance was done. We had to change rooms, both ended up being as bad as each other. The shower gel holder was empty and broken. The kettle dirty inside and out. The bed linen was dirty and stained. The hotel lift was broken. Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling over the bed. Old dental floss on the floor and sideboard. Coffee stairs on the desk. Long hairs on every surface around the room. Spent far too long up and down to reception to try and deal with things and they were extremely un interested. It gave me no confidence to stay with Travel lodge ever again and I was really advise everyone else to think the same. Still trying to resolve the issue with Travel Lodge as they just want to give you vouchers to stay with them again which I couldn’t think of anything worse. Definitely avoid!"

"The hotel location is excellent and it has a lovely antique vibe with a modern twist, the bathroom is spacious as well. Things that could be improved: one light bulb is dead, the small bedside LED reading light on one side of our bed doesn't work, the kettle needs some descaling. We found a hair tie left on the floor carpet, maybe it was left by the last guest in the room."
