"Absolutely terrible hotel! The hotel has an open-atrium design, and the renovation work on the basement floor was audible and visible throughout the entire hotel – a complete mess. I booked a sea view, but when I arrived, it was a road view with just a tiny sliver of the port in the distance… you'd have to crane your neck off to even glimpse the sea. I felt totally cheated… checked out the very next day."

"Pros: The hotel is located right outside the Courthouse subway station, making its location super convenient. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes nearby, and it's just a short walk to the harbor. For fitness enthusiasts, you can jog along Fort Point Channel, Charles River, and Boston's historic Downtown in the morning. The room appears to have been recently redesigned and renovated, targeting a younger demographic. Check-in was efficient, and the room itself was clean, quiet, and well-lit. The bed is a foldable type that can be flattened or reclined with the push of a button. The bathroom is very spacious and bright. All windows are outward-facing, and even facing the street, the room is very quiet when the windows are closed. Its location is definitely the biggest selling point. Cons: The hotel doesn't have a restaurant or serve breakfast. There's no coffee machine in the room, nor does the lobby offer complimentary water or coffee to guests. There's also no laundry room. Other laundromats nearby generally close at 9 PM. If you need to do laundry after 9 PM, you'd have to go to Boston's historic Downtown, which is inconvenient. In addition to the room rate listed on Trip.com, an extra fee (not a deposit) was required at check-in, further increasing the already high room cost (though Boston itself has high prices). If you're in a hurry and need to do business near Courthouse, South Station, or the Inner Seaport, this hotel is a decent option. However, if you have ample time, you might consider other hotels that offer better value for money and more comprehensive amenities."

"I stay at this hotel every time I take a flight. The parking lot is large and there is no charge if you don't stay overnight, so it is very convenient to return the rental car, take the hotel car back to the hotel, and then take the hotel car to the airport the next day. However, the only downside is that there is no water or coffee available in the lobby in the afternoon, which is very uncommon in the United States."

"recently stayed at Hilton Boston Logan Airport and had a very convenient experience overall. The biggest advantage is the direct connection to Logan Airport through the covered skywalk, which made traveling with luggage and catching an early flight extremely easy. The location is perfect for transit stays or overnight layovers. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet despite being near the airport. I also liked the nice city and runway views. Staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout the stay. The hotel facilities, including the gym and pool, were well maintained. The only downside was that food and drinks at the hotel were quite expensive, and dining options nearby are limited because it is located inside the airport area. Some parts of the hotel also feel slightly dated compared to newer hotels in Boston. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for anyone needing convenience, comfort, and quick airport access, especially for early morning flights or short stays in Boston."

"Everything was the worst except for the location! The service and facilities weren't even 4-star; they weren't even 1-star. It was an old, dreary, and dark prison-like room. Don't be fooled by the photos! I booked this because the location was good and the windows and view looked so pretty in the pictures, but in reality, it was a stuffy, prison-like room with no windows or view like the photos. I assume the rooms in the photos with large windows and beautiful views are higher tiers, so shouldn't they change the photos to avoid confusion? The room was very old, with a small window, and the view was just a pitch-black wall of the building next door. The room was also dark and gloomy. The heater in the room was so loud that it made loud "beep! beep!" noises intermittently, making it impossible to sleep with it on. The refrigerator door was broken. The most ridiculous thing was that when I picked up the phone to talk to the front desk about this, even the phone was broken;;; hahaha. Ha. I mean, it seemed like there were plenty of rooms left, so couldn't they have shown some common sense and given us a better room? The staff members were really something for assigning us to the room furthest from the elevator (it was very inconvenient because the hallway was carpeted and we couldn't drag our suitcases); it was dark, gloomy, and had all the facilities broken. But then I started to wonder if this bizarre heater noise wasn't just coming from our room, because as I walked down the hallway, the heaters in other rooms were making very loud noises. The worst part was that the room phone wasn't working, so I went to the lobby on the first floor to complain. They said they would send someone to fix it, but they never showed up;;;; Ha. Seriously, I don't think there is a guesthouse that manages things this way. I am leaving this review in the hopes that no one else suffers the same fate as me. This hotel urgently needs a complete renovation, facility inspection, and staff service training."
